How much did the details cost
So no explanation...just carnival music? Smh
Ok so What do you use?
Never seen a kitchen have tile like that, wouldn’t be code by me
I just started a company and put this as something I do. 😂😂 thanks 🙏🏾
I learned much. Thanks for the tips!
I had three rooms of VCT installed in my last house, and am getting ready at the new house to use VCT in my kitchen and dining room. The floors in the old house didn't look too bad when I went to sell after 13 years. Originally, I laid down 4 light coats of wax. I got down on hands and knees and applied the wax with a saturated cloth. Each coat took about 20 minutes per room to apply and dried in less than an hour, ready for another coat. I did not have a buffer or burnisher but the shine was just fine for all those years. I also cleaned my floor regularly, again, on hands and knees with just warm water. No routine...just as needed. As I said, the floors looked just fine after more than a decade of use. I did strip and re-wax just before I sold the house. The process was not that difficult as there wasn't coat after coat after coat of new wax over old, cleaning product residue, etc to embed or coat the original finish. To remove the old wax, products are available for this, or you can use ammonia and water to a section. Let sit till it loosens the wax, and rinse/wipe - repeat accross room. Sometimes, this has to be done more than once but very doable for a home owner. I like that Rodriguez Cleaning Services talked so favorably about these tiles. There is upkeep to any flooring, but these tiles can look almost brand new again with very little work and expense.
Excellent Felicidades
Look at the instructions from the chemicals you are using. 1. Put down stripper solution. Probably have to dilute. Read directions. 2. Use the buffing machine to aggitate the stripper. 3. Dont let the stripping solution dry. 4. Pick up the strip solution with a vaccum. 5. Wet mop with water only. 6. Apply wax. Dont walk on it. 7. Allow to dry. Some people use fans. Probably tells you not to on instructions. 8. Apply several coats depending on your type of wax. See instructions. 9. You can add a sealant to the wax. Tip. Ensure you have protective footware. We had someone need skin graphs for leaving stripper on his foot too long.
Question, is there any product at any local store as Home Depot or Lowe's that doesn't require the use of a machine for VCT?
Unfair comparison
Well done. Everything looked great except the PPE. For sewage, you want to wear half face respirators.
What's the difference between floor waxing and polishing?
Just stumbled on your channel, have same idea, great content, gained a sub
❤❤❤❤ I do this for a living at U.H. I'm a floor tech as well. And I've been doing this for 15 years now I want to start my own floor tech business some day, but I'm so discouraged because a lot of competition out there.
I’ve had this idea for a while now. I remember buffing floors in basic training. Popped in my head that it might be something I could start a business doing in my area. I just don’t know where to start. Do you have any input? I was wanting to just do buffing. Hardwood and tile floors. Not sure if a single buffer can do both.
I'm a floor tech at a hospital in Houston been doing it for about 16 years now and I had the same idea. A co worker tried doing it as a side hustle. Invested in a van, the equipment, supplies, chemicals, everything. He stopped after 2 years cause it seemed like nobody cared about how their floors looked. He would try to get business from small private schools, barber shops, hair salons, nail salons, restaurants, and other small businesses and 9 times out of 10 the answer was we're not interested. That really discouraged me too. I'm just sharing a story don't let what I said stop you💪
It doesn't say what steps they are doing.
We have just ordered up 5 more gallons of Murphy's thanks to this nothing burger video
Do you need to buff afterwards?
Not till a week later
He didn't give any details
Useless video
Thats Great Mr. Dayron
show off!! wow great work!
You can use indoor shoes at home. Just shoes by itself shoes doesn't mean much.
You don’t have enough chemical on the floor to get the wax up properly. And your pad isn’t on straight.
What if the cat pee has been dried for a few days already? would baking soda as step 1 still works ?
Depending on the dye, a bit of warm water will do the same thing.
Take a yard of carpet and weigh it, soak it, extract it, weigh it... once with a shop vac, once with a extractor. That's a test, this is Dyson level marketing. "Look we can pickup bowling balls..."
What system do you use for water filtration?
Good video but nothing explained about how to do it....
Agree
holy smokes get to it
Okay, this was not very convincing or factual. Sounded like another opinion. Not saying it you are not correct, but where is the evidence? More importantly, you say what NOT to use, but what do you suggest people should actually use on hardwood floors?
The biggest thing that I think needs to be said is that it depends on what kind of hardwood floor you have. I've seen people who happen to have LAMINATE wood flooring instead of proper hardwood, and using Mop & Glo or Murphy's Oil is a definite no-no due to the haze it will leave on the floor. This is also true if you have a perfectly sealed hardwood floor. However in most cases (like my home which was built in the 1940s) the floor isn't perfectly sealed like what we see in the video, which makes using these products more viable because they do get partially absorbed by the wood instead of totally drying on the surface. It's also important not to overuse either product as frequently mopping with either will cause the buildup of oil, but if I recall they both have instructions which tell how often you should use them.
I heard it from a professional to not use Murphy Oil. I won’t be using either of the ones talked about in this video.
What difference between Murphy oil soap and Murphy wood cleaner
@@wanderlust139 Can you share what product the professional recommended to use on wood flooring?
NIIIIICE!
What product should we use?
This was not a good video. Shouldn’t you be explaining the process
Thanx commentators for warning me about the guy in the video talking too long. I just fast forward to the important stuff
Wish our boss show this video before i started the job
Great job explaining how this product works. I have ya'll scheduled to provide a quote for me and hope we can do business 🙂
Too much waffle turned off after 37 seconds. What had carpet installation got to do with anything?
My carpet bin stane for days it's DRY I don't know if I can get it out😢
Thank you, well explained.
Hey, "Excellent service, I appreciate you and you can grow big you have more videos but poor views I was analyzing your KZread video, and you are struggling with views generated from your KZread channel, I got the same issue, 1. The Channel has no keyword ( For ranking video and channel ) 2. Your channel is not optimized( Title &description and other category), 3. Video is not SEO friendly and SEO score is very poor 4. need to promote video, 5. need an attractive video thumbnail For this reason Video does not reach out to your targeted audience, if you solve this issue you will get more subscribers, views and potential customer engagement.

I feel you, I'm watching tutorials as I'm doing it right now. Fake it till you make it.
Needed a video to remind me cause I haven’t done it in a year and this is how I was taught. 😂 the other videos scared me
I can’t thank you enough!! This is the first remedy that actually worked and I can tell you I have been trying so many over the past year to get the urine smell out of my carpets! I really appreciate the great advice. I’ll be sure to tell anybody else who is struggling with this issue to check out your video.
Thank you bro that's a reminder to swich the filter
How much strip chemical you mix in the water
I am not the man of the video but most times I do a 4:1 ratio 4 Gallons Hot Water to 1 Gallon of Stripper

Rugs should be turned upside down before rolling. If you roll so that the underside of the rug is facing outward, you run the risk of "breaking the back" of the rug. Especially on those with taped edges.
Smoking is a lose lose situation all around, you lose money, value of your house, and risk health defects.
