10 hours on this thing, bought coming off rental fleet with 100 hours on it, and it's no longer in service. heavy's belt torn through. We've ran nothing but top soil through it...dealer telling us it's on us. Unbelievable

I have dealt with the piano wire screens before. I didn't get the flex you mention. I was screening topsoil straight from the pit sidewall. I had to stop and clean that screen once or twice a day depending on weed and grass load. What was with that screen clogging up??? Not tight enough? Just curious for future reference.
May i know what type of cylinder/valve is used for the conveyor for controlled folding motion?

Not understanding why one would mix dirt with crushed asphalt. Crushed asphalt would be a better road base without dirt.

Could you put retainer loops near where the pins were removed, to stow the pins when they are removed. The pins get lost to easily when they are "put" somewhere.
