Great video!! I love the layout. I see it auto shifted at 7:09. For the facelift in 2023 they removed the dynamic mode, unless you got the ‘dynamic handling package’. That package gives you a dynamic mode and other things and doesn’t auto shift and allows you to rev to 5k
I don’t think you need to rev this motor to almost 5k though..
@@v12-s65 That’s very true. My point was more how it removed the auto shift function and let’s you hold gears as some car journalists prefer that, like Joe Achilles for example. It’s personal preference I guess

My father was looking at this the 308 and the astra h back at 2008,he eventually bought the astra h bc he had the astra g before and his choice didn't dissappint tbh

@@giannisrousakakis696 yes the design is great but overall its really bot that special the turb signal stock is the worst and super cheap feeling and also the Engine here does nit match up with the great paddle shifters. This one was the diesel.

what I really like about them is 99% of them come with the Meridian Surround system. Not even the best available, but sounds already so nice. It makes an extremely relaxed daily driver

How many seconds was that to 60
this launch was around 5.2 seconds. I've seen this ecoboost do as fast as 4.5 seconds. It's really Quick for most just missing the sound😂
You are right because I have the same car and I went to 60 and 4.64 seconds😊
How u enable launch control?
on most VW models. Turn off traction and put the car in sport mode. Then Foot on brake mash the gas and launch control is enabled.

@@David_Palka tdi feels much better torqueier and is smoother with the dsg than the etsi.

yes it was actually alot of fun almost more fun than the new 8 speed model We have driven both
