  Don't put shifter wire in the steering wheel, take second wire that is USB and plugged in to the CPU directly

  A few things: You definitely want to turn on the full HUD. Having advanced info like range to target, range of aim, and time for shells on impact is super helpful. If you want to hit the magazine, you need to lead your shots more. you were at close enough range to still hit the center citadel without leading your shots. but that's not gonna work well at range. Angling. If you've ever skipped rocks, you know that the more your shot cones in at a flat angle, the more likely a rock is to bounce off the surface of the water. Meanwhile, a rock that goes directly towards the flat surface of the water will not skip. The same is true with ballistics. Shooting directly at a flat piece of armor makes it easier to penetrate it. Meanwhile, if the shot hits the armor at an angle, it increases the chance that shot will ricochet. This doesn't always work. Guns above a certain size will have enough firepower to simply ignore thin armor of certain thicknesses, but a Kongo's bow and stern armor can auto-bounce AP shells if 14-inch or below off even her thin bow and stern plates. 15-inch shells will punch clean through her bow and stern, however. Thar said, sailing with your hull at close to 45 degrees towards or away from enemy guns decreases the damage you take. You survived this because you were in a Tier 5 match where people are less experienced (usually). At higher tiers, this behavior would be punished by massive citadel hits. I highly recommend watching videos by people like The Mighty Jingles on WoWS. He provides commentary on replays that showcases what to and not to do.
