Hi Ramzi, i've been looking for this tool - I only found it on Notion, super excited to see that you have come up with a GTD system on ClickUp. However, I have stopped using ClickUp and migrated to SmartSuite - would you share your thoughts if a GTD system can be done using SmartSuite instead?

Awesome set-up! How do you handle these? 1- The inbox view will always show a number even if empty because of the references and someday/maybe 2. There is not a unified way to see both the stand-alone todos and the Project todos. 3- How you handle dependencies? 4. If a task in the inbox is a next action for an already active project, what is an efficient way to send them as subtask to that project?

Thank you so much. And thanks for the feedback. There are already workaround to these issues through views and automations. I constantly update the template. I haven’t done a new video, however: - You will not see a number in the inbox if it’s empty because the reference and some statuses are considered done - A filtered view will let you see the to do and projects - Getting things done methodology is not meant to handle dependencies, but if you want to handle dependencies in your project, ClickUp offers that feature - there is no way to know which project your standalone task is related to so you will have to move it from one list to another.

Hi Ramzi, I have a question and I hope you can help me. I've organized each client as a folder level in ClickUp. Some tasks have the same name across different clients. However, when I switch to the table view, I can't locate where I can configure it to display the folder name. This way, I can easily identify which tasks belong to which client, instead of showing the same name for all tasks. Could you assist me with this? Thank you so much.

Hello. The table view doesn't let you show task locations unfortunately.
