  Your loss. For every Ghanaian cuisine and restaurant that serves the swallows like Fufuo, Banku and TZ there is always grinded pepper / chilli for people who like it in excess. We are mindful of all people who eat our meals so, we keep the chilli on request.

  Some of the commentators are either mischievous or daft. What the lady was saying was that "Edo" is a State but inside the State are the Benins, Esans, Etsakos and Akoko-Edos. That it is wrong for the Benins to claim they only are Edos. Why saying she is confused? I don't see any confusion in what she said.

  The guy’s food is one of our most popular meals in Ghana and it’s called Waakye. And yeah you pronounced the banku very well😊😊. Sorry there wasn’t enough heat in your food. Here in Ghana sometimes you can request for some extra heat ( ginger and pepper). I love my soups extra spicy 🥵 too. All the three foods are just 😋😋😋😋 Thank you for showcasing our food🤗🤗
