It didn't do much for me on the floor. I use it in a recliner on lowest setting with a pillow behind it and recline back and its amazing.

The one you used seem to be like a plastic one which would last only for a couple of years. Stainless steel mesh is always better bcos they ain't easy for rats and squirrels to bite. That is why it is expensive, I guess. Here its 160 to 380 Ringgit per sqft but it comes with the hinges and Twist lock.
Is it that easy to do it yourself? That doesn't seem expensive too. Here in Malaysia, they simply charge you 2000 Ringgit for a door. Net wouldn't cost you much I guess.
Cheap and easy, make sure you get the right size to fit the door size

On LINUX, every adapter works, so the reason it is not working is cuz windows is trash. linux the best lol.

I had a bad tenant who I when he left I found he had a smart meter fitted . Then restarting the boiler I had no gas pressure although SSE insisted it was ok. .after I begged then to come out over a week they condemned the gas meter as it was blocking the gas lever. So then I had new meters He warned me that the insulation was blocking the signal and fitted an aerial on the electric meter. After a year my tenants left paying an estimated bill to another supplier . I had the account for the month and then a new tenant got a bill about £120 too big with yet another supplier.. they sorted it out with the photo I supplied. Then I got a big bill from SSE. After phoning SSE many times they passed it on to a dept company who seem to be listening. SSE don’t answer the phone don’t accept photos . Still in dispute after a year 😂. I’m up for a tube interview

I've had mine for a couple of years now for my lower back pain, and was curious what other peoples experienced. For me, it doesnt cure my back pain, but it definitely helps a LOT to help me thru my days. I put it on level 3 because thats where it feel most effective for my pain, and I just try to let my back ease into the strech slowly until I can fully lay down. Taking deep breaths helps. Ill even implement a few other lower back stretches while on the board to help get a deeper relief. After a few minutes of laying on the board, I found the best way to get off is to slide the board out from under your back and just lay flat on the floor for a minute. Try not to move ur body too much, and just breath deeply. After another minuter or two, youll feel when ur body is ready to move again
