Eyeball engineer
Those crooked manufacturers set the MAX pressure at 1800 psi just so you have to buy a larger machine!!! Crick he up to 2100 and put a bigger bucket on her, what could possibly go wrong?
Super jest to odnowione odrestaurowany Pozdrawiam serdecznie 👍👍👍👍👍
Ah yes, the third world campfire straightening technique. Metallurgy at its finest.
outriggered crane on the muddy surface without solid panel, how brilliant!😮
Here again, admirable attempt, but no joy. Didn't get it hot enough to even boil water using rags for fuel and they "eyeballed" it for finish straightness? Might work for a short time, but sure to wear out seals and bushes. Better off thrown in the bushes!
What exactly was the repair? I only saw new bearings and backing plates. Still love the innovation in Pakistan. Fun to watch these rebuilds.
Los de prevención de riesgos Laborales en Europa se les pararía el corazón
Проушина штока была оранжевая, стала жёлтой 😂😂😂
Спецы.. браво

Not quite sure what burning rags under a carbon steel rod is going to do other than make it mad.
Heats up the metal son
Heats up the steel. It has lower strength at higher temperature. Unfortunately, it also tends to overtemper and anneal the steel, reducing its strength. That piston rod will not be able to handle the loads for which it was designed. You'd have to solutionize, quench, and temper the steel to recover its original strength, which would also make it distort....
@@marshalltjones all true.⬅ with a lot of these vids is it is what it is ,they make due with what they have and can do themselves within their budget, obviously not the same strength and reliability as it came out of the factory, but its probably a lot cheaper than order a new product from a big company. this is why i don,t get all them salty comments people put under those vids, 80-100 years ago our grandparents and their parents did the same thing repairing things to make things last just a little bit longer.
I don't think there is anything these guys can't do. Most of their tools are hand made . These guys are really amazing.
What's so incredible about straighting a bent Rod?
you try it!
@@michaelwright4165 Even if I did do it, it's still not incredible.
