  I have an m273 that has an idle slight idle shaking that is not consistent as well as oil on spark plug threads only, and lastly occasional white smoke comes out of the tailpipe usually at start. I am wondering if my issue is valve guides?

  hi great video, so i have the clk 350 and its a white/blue smoke more light blue on acceleration it always smokes from exhaust. what do you think? any info would be helpful

  what did you do to the carbs? I figure that is a blow-through-setup that you have there? I thought of doing that too, but the sealing of carbs proved to be a pain in the neck so I ended up building a draw-through-setup instead. I think I'll copy your build to my next project : D

  I bought intake and exhaust manifold from stock yamaha xj turbo. I also changed exhaust pipes from xj turbo... Fuel pressure regulator, fuel pump and ect ;)

  Could you let me know how you made the tool to hold the damper rod? below you mention it is from an E39 wheel nut but these are 17mm and online it shows that you need a 30mm bolt?

  Yes i tapped oil feed, didnt add extra oil pump because i raised turbo high enough, didnt need extra pump ;)

  i just finish my make the valves service and then synchronize the calbulator ....look now some quwstion wehn i start i se litle like white smoke back in exaust and after wehn i make turns some in cabular the screw f syncnixe then change and working beter that mean the syncrhonize is only for smol idl speed .... my first jop about this xtz 750..wat you thing??? info the needle is the second step...both

  Hi, with all carburated bikes i do everything from the start, check engine compression,restore and clean carbs, adjust valves, check vacuum leaks, change damaged rubber boots for carbs, sync carbs at the end. Never had issues when i was doing everything from the start to the finish ;) sync should be synced in low rpm range, i use sync pro tool its with liquid, you cannt run on high rpm because vacuum will suck in liquid from syncpro tool ;)

  i do all this the question is wehn i connect the manometers to calbulators is 2 line but the line from fuel pump were can be connect?? i let out and just is conneckt the only 2 clocks in sincrhonize.. idl speed 1000 around till the engine is hot the clocks was both ok but wehn i start the engine litle white smok then i turn litle the screw from calbulator and now working beter i se the one calbulator is early open from second..i do know but i thing is only till 3500 idl speed then is the same right??

  I did a lot of update now to this bike. I add new stainless steel exhaust from Germany, wilbers progressive springs, ohlins rear shock and many more updates ;) oem I sandblasted and painted fire proof paints

  @@meskutunas good move. The stock fender is sturdy and stiffens the forks. I'm having trouble finding a small after market one that isn't a flimsy POS.

  I placed on the left side, just fixed it on the aluminium plate and drilled small holes on the side fairing, so the air cool down the rectrifier. I also changed to new larger wires and new connectors. Didn't have any problems in 2 years

  Blue smoke on cold start, but later on I needed to rebuild all engine because piston scratched cylinder very badly ;)

  @@meskutunas what was the mileage? Did you examine cylinders with an endoscope prior to seal replacement. I‘m experiencing the same problem right now: cylinder walls are okay (just some thin minor scratches), but open valves are visibly leaking
