  I love puzzles so I couldn't not try to solve these mystery prompts! After some sleuthing, some possibilities (though largely wild guesses) for the prompts might be: disability rep, first in a series/fantasy/red on the cover, continue a series, female protagonist, heroine, romance trope: opposites/nemeses/enemies-to-lovers, person or setting is not what they/it seems like/double-life, first in a series/fantasy/female protagonist, theme: revenge/vengeance/defiance/choose-your-own-fate.

  I find it funny that for three or four prompts you started and I went like "Hm, might be red on the cover" and each time you showed the 4th book without any red. No idea what the prompts actually are, but it's a funny coincidence that that happened more than once
