Eu moro no interior do Brasil, um lugar onde as ferramentas são difíceis de encontrar e quando se encontra não é fácil pagar devido aos valores exorbitantes. Mas faço meu melhor para conquistar a oficina diante das muitas dificuldades. A vida aqui não é fácil assim como em muitos lugares pobres do mundo, porém, sou um apaixonado por a profissão, isso me motiva a acordar todos os dias para trabalhar e auxiliar o mundo a resolver seus problemas. Entendo que essa é a nossa missão!

Thép đường rầy có độ Carbon thấp, không thể tôi đạt độ cứng tiêu chuẩn. Đe sẽ quá mềm và có độ bounce thấp. Có thể tôi bằng Case Hardening.

The craftsmanship is superb, the metallurgical knowledge is sorely lacking 😢. Rất khéo léo và sáng tạo. Tuy nhiên Đe phải đúc từ thép carbon và có thể phải tôi rồi test bằng siêu âm & test hardness, impact resistance.

Beautiful work, I like the design, especially the colors. I am working on an art jewelry watch experience with Terri Hardin, a Disney Imagineer and Muppeteer. I have a design that tested well with her collector community. Now it's time to get the design manufactured. I need someone with a 3 or 7 axis CNC machine to do the work: 200 pieces, 70 g of stainless steel or other metal, target price is $15 per case with snap-on back cover. I have STEP and STL files. -Frank
