Does it cost to use remote assistance feature?
AR glasses are supplied without any software pre-installed. You will need to download a visualization app such as TeamViewer, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom. In the video, remote assistance is demonstrated using TeamViewer Frontline.

how to fix hand tracking cuz i had hand tracking on and when i was on vr it showed play boundary but hand tracking wasnt on can u help

Hello @Haywa11 , To use SteamVR your have to use the PICO 4 as a "PCVR" (means using our gaming computer as a source of content). Thanks to the Streaming Assistant application, it couldn't be simpler. Launch the app on your computer (Windows only) and your headset, make sure you are connected to the same Wi-Fi network (5 GHz required), accept the connection between the two, and you're good to go. By doing so, the Pico 4 can launch any Steam VR compatible game and even display your computer's desktop (notably thanks to the Virtual Desktop application) for some productive tasks or entertainment.

Hey @Ano-Nymos , The difference between the 40 and 40S is the controller. The 40 doesn't have one, while the 40S does. Regarding the BT-300, it isn't sold anymore. The BT-40 is its new version.

I cant get past the green android. I have tried to press the power butten and the volume butten at the same time at least 40+ times and either nothing happens, or it just reboots and sends me back to the space living room. I dont get how the volume and power works fine on thier own and together to get me to the android, but not at the last step. Makes no sense to me.

@@skavyoy5479 My headset had a hardware issue, so if you have the same problem you should get it returned. I swaped mine at the store for a new one and I have had no problem with the new one.

Hey @thrvnms8394, If by "pico normal" you mean the Pico 4 Classic with black front glass, unfortunately, you cannot use it for hand tracking and eye tracking, as the Pico 4 Classic doesn't support those features. Sorry for the inconvenience. I hope I answered your question!

Most new laptops have a USB -C port which provides power and video data to the glasses so there is no need for battery pack or connecting to HDMI.
Hello Sneaksie Taffer, Indeed, to make a simple screen copy, it is not necessary to use an external battery. However, to be able to use the Rokid Air and Air Pro glasses in an standalone way (access to the OS) it is necessary to power them with an external battery. I hope I could help you.

Hello SY3D, The FOV is the degree of visualization (field of view) and the resolution is the number of pixels displayed on the screen. A large field of view and a good quality resolution allow to improve immersion by getting closer to reality.

According to the Steam "Bigscreen App" page available on the web, the compatible headsets are : Valve Index, HTC Vive, Oculus RIFT and Windows Mixed Reality.
