The first part is the lane the scouts choose, the second is where they'll go on the crossing. Ik ben bij je means I'm with you, from the command vehicle to the scout at the crossing, so the scout knows to go on. Unless more is needed, that's basically all. Ehmm... this was not from one hospital to another. This was from The Hague's most crowded and cramped shopping street downtown, pedestrian zone, to not even the closest by hospital around. Hospitals have specializations. The one closest by is where you see both ambus from a bystander pov. It was a streetfight with stabbings, I seem to remember. I'm not sure it was wise to bring them both to the same hospital...

i'm Dutch and when we learn to get our driverslicence we learn how to react to this kind of situations. Yes we hear the sirenes and the whistle, even in our car. We know how to react and we will make way for the ambulance or police.

I wish ya’ll lived in the country so you could relate to this song. We all dance every single Friday and Saturday night at The County Line. We have lonely widows and newbies that think the male dancers are hitting on them, when they’re simply just helping them stay in line and not mess up the rest of our line dances. Us girls do the same and will guide new male participants as well, so they don’t mess up either and so they feel comfortable. But…without fail, some new girl (normally drunk) goes too far and touches on one of our husbands too much, and a new guy tries to grope on one of us women too much, so we have to kick their asses out the door. NEVER mistake kindness for flirtation while line dancing at a country bar. Even if you don’t think a guy or girl has a partner, don’t fall for them! They don’t have one at the moment for a reason. Don’t be that “neon light” idiot that we all laugh at and make fun of. If he wanted you, you would definitely know.

I LOVE the Netherlands! The first city I visited was in Enschede, it's a beautiful town right next to the German border. You should also check out Giethoorn, and around the same area is the De Haar Castle, which is the biggest castle in the Netherlands. I'm constantly floored by the beauty of the Netherlands and Amsterdam is one of the cities I haven't seen there yet. That was a beautiful video as well and it's definitely been added to my list of places to visit in the Netherlands. I love the channel, wish I found it earlier!

The hard, guttural "g" is always so exaggerated in these kind of videos. And half of the country has a much softer "g". Especially in the south. I don't swear with diseases, I've seen too much suffering from them. Hagelslag is not sometimes, but always eaten on buttered bread. And believe me, it's high quality chocolate. Beschuit is not a biscuit, and the one shown in the video is not a beschuit. The beschuit that is eaten at births, is sprinkled with a special kind of sprinkles. In NL All 3 disciplines can be called upon separately, but if necessary they'll call them to help Fire Department does fires and rescues from dangerous situations (like a crashed car, people in the water - not in coastguard 'range' etc) Police will do their protect and serve thing (catch criminals, assist if needed, etc. -preferably without using weapons, this includes but not limited too tasers & guns) Ambulance/Life Liner (Chopper version) stick to first aid , getting you stable and transport to Hospital ASAP We get taught at a young age that blue flashing lights and a siren song = make Mozes proud, part that sea of vehicles. And most people act like they should, although you might still encounter some entitled asshole that doesn't give a shit

The egg thing is about Salmonella, it is so common in the US compared to Europe that the health department decided that all eggs must be washed, thus making them unfit for room temp storage. The egg thing is about Salmonella, it is so common in the US compared to Europe that the health department decided that all eggs must be washed, thus making them unfit for room temp storage. We vaccinate our hens and keep them relatively well, so we don't really have an issue with salmonella. Outbreaks happens but very rarely
