I enjoy homebrewing, cooking, camping, gardening, smoking and curing meats and sausages, and having fun!
There's a little of everything on my channel, plus some crazy unexpected videos occasionally.
Sometimes there is adult language and if there is, I'll try to give a warning in the video or the description!
Thanks for stopping by, enjoy the videos, and if you haven't subscribed, please do!!!

Thank you. As a woman it is so enabling to see detailed videos of “how to’s” by another woman. My handle just snapped, so I know I can sort it myself. 👍
❤❤❤😢
My partner and I just bought a house 5 acres out in west GA. I’ve watched several of your videos, but this one is a game changer. No more lugging the air compressor up from the barn for us! Subscribed :)
2024 here, thank you it helped
I would like to know what colors you used on this statue because this is exactly how I want my angel statue to look
Hi Bobbi. I just sent a friend request on FB although I don't go there more than once/mo, if that. Just wanna know how you're doin' and whatnot. Hugs cheers.
Exactly what i was looking for! I snapped my cord today on my 2nd lawn. I dreaded all the clips and springs. But apparently they didnt have to come out thank God. Thanks!!!!
Nice
Very helpful
Are butter corn pops only in your area? I've never seen them in our stores.
I like your style! Great video!
Can you add roasted peanuts or cashews to this?
7 years later and still helping people! Thanks for taking the time to show this.
LOL is lesbian ?
So im using dry preserve. Can i put the stop rot on the hide after its been fleshed and before i put the preserve on it?
Thanks!!!! Very well produced 🌸 I cooked while your video was on. I did not need to see the rest- you showed me the crucial parts.
Love your opinions here. You are 100% on target, even now, in 2024. We need to come together in common sense. Hugs.
In Australia the handle is $29
Drink MALT LIQUOR at Christmas, bmeyer44. After Christmas and before Christmas too.
Stop calling it "Canadian Bacon". There is no such thing. Bacon here in Canada is tha same as everywhere else. What you're making is back bacon.
How much of the season do u use for one pot and how long can i store this for thank you
Smart lady, using disposable pan!! This is one of the best recipes for the puff corn. Good job
Netting is quick and easy to tie up the meat. If u do alot of roasts, canadian bacon, capicola, etc, get a jet-netter. It looks like a rocket, or u can use PVC piping, it works as well. 😊
If you smoke the meat, or cook the meat, use cure#1. If you dont cook it, and dont smoke it, and dont refrigerate it, you would use cure#2. You use #1 to wet brine and NOT #2 CURE TO BRINE!!
Good job, the knives look dangerous though.
It's much easier to thread the end of the cord through the pulley if you do this: cut the cord to length. Heat one end of the cord with a lighter until it melts THEN: using a paper towel, pinch the melted tip of the cord to form it into a cone/needle. Wait until it solidifies - it will go through the little holes MUCH easier than if you had just melted it and left it a blob.
Looked at a couple of these. Never see how they get tension on the return spring. Am I missing something?
Like the way u didn’t show wrapping string or winding spring. U didn’t even know It. Fired !!!😂
Winterize that oven, bmeyer44.
That what i use for a cutting board. COOKEY PAN. Keep as the juice and things right there
I've been making a heavy Baking Soda Brine, for my Steaks, Brisket, Pork chops, and Pork Shoulder. It really make them tender, juicy, and SO DELICIOUS > The pork chops are better than any steaks🥩🥩🥩🥩YUM 👉👉 Plus i did some squirrels into the brine. MADE THEM SO TENDER YUM
I love Canadian Bacon, But it got to be really tender and delicious
Thank you.
Looks delicious. I’ve seen several different recipes for this dish. Always interesting to see how people make it their own. The original recipe was the winner of Pillsbury’s 1963 $25,000 bake off.
Looks absolutely delicious. And very simple to make. I’m definitely going to make this for dinner tomorrow night. Has anyone trie it adding in a little red or green bell pepper and some fresh garlic?
Good video
Thank u!
Nice work! How do you clean your canvas on your bed ends?
Silver skin is a connective tissue made of elastin protiens. Silver skin connects muscle groups together give it rigidity and form. When heated the elastin protiens are denatured leading to shrinkage resulting the silver skin to contract. This resultsin the meat to twist and tighten which referred to as called, "This meat is tough!"
Great little coin machine, I've found lots of coins and tokens with mine, and pop tops too😅
Great thank you 😊 from UK 🇬🇧
Use .25% in grams of the total weight, water8.3# plus😅 the meat, both in grams. It ends upas 1.1 gram of cure, its the same a.ount for either #1 or #2 cure, so its easy to remember.
Your Cure should be #2 !! After that, it DOES NOT require refrigeration! 😊
What is the purpose of the tarp over the pop out beds?
Thanks for sharing!
Good job mam
It’s easy to pronounce! Poultry-Boulder-Shoulder (Long O) POE-lan. 👍🏼
What is the parts number
L bracket was on top, sounds like that was an easy solution. and think I might smoke some chicken next weekend to try it out...thanks
Beautiful ❤
