  Nope, not when we were there, a little rocky in places but otherwise the waves just wash away the sand from under your feet.

  Beach was ok. Rocky in parts. A couple sandy areas. Better area is a lagoon just to the left of the property. Waves can be rough st times. Only did the Route66 A la carte. Had some good selections. Buffet has different themes each day so food varies. A little harder for the kids as they were a bit picky. Out only complaint about the resort would be the pushiness of the guys in the white shirts trying to push the H10 club/timeshares as they are all over the resort area.

  I flew in from the parking lot but there is a trail that I believe takes you to the south end of the pool of the falls.

  Why’s this getting me nostalgic when I was five going to Ford (my mothers work ,not anymore tho) I would just stay there watch you tube on the computers and look at the cams and there was a very nice guy named errr.bob very nice man I think he had whitish grey hair he was in his late 50-60s I think he still works there he works at the front table,it always just want me to go back to that time where my life doesn’t feel like wipe down an ass with sandpaper

  Great Video ! I remember when that boat was first marooned there. It was a handsome vessel made of teak and mahogany, brass portholes etc. . Over the years people stripped every stick of wood, every bit of metal, and every salvageable thing. Now just the solid hull remains of what was once a proud seagoing vessel.
