  Streamer mode is a setting you can enable that changes your display name every game (among other things if you enable them). You can use it yourself, actually, if you wanted to.

  Why was Dafran's High Noon so slow to lock but the opposing High Noon at the end of round 1 was fully locked after half a second?

  Because he was very low, it increases dmg over time and ends in a one shot. But because he was very low he didnt need to fully charge it. As long as u see a red skull it kills
