  Yes, foreigners can use UPI while in India, but you have to activate Prepaid wallet at the airport, which will be linked to UPI, which is currently available at selected airports in India like, Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore, it can be activated at the counter of Pin labs, Thomas Cook India, ICICI Bank and IDFC first Bank, hope I have answered your question

  Very poor video. Does no justice to Chawri Bazar. It has missed out on all salient features and all famous eateries of the market. Besides walking in the market, the blogger has not been able to catch the spirit or the flavour of this famous market. Quite disappointing.
