  Tanong kolang din po. Paano po ang process sa kasal. Gusto po nmin mgpakasal sa pg uwi ko kaso totol yung mgulang niya.. yun ang plano namin hingi lng po ako advice nandito po ako sa ibang bansa malaki po gap namin 31 po ako ang girlfriend ko po ay 20. Gusto narin kasi nmin maayos yung buhay nmin dahil kgustohan nmin mgpakasal sya nlang ngsikap sa sarili niya kya nga po gusto narin nmin mgpakasal maayus at masayang pmumuhay na wla nang gulo pwedi bah mangyari na mgpakasal kami sa gnitong stwasyon namin.

  Hello! Since beyond 25 na po kayo, pwede na po kayong magpakasal WITHOUT the consent of your parents. Ang need kasi ng parental consent ay age 18 to 20 and parental advice is age 21-25. Pag beyond 25, no need for parents' consent/advice. Pero need niyo pa rin mag invite ng witness, and kayo pong bahala na magdedecide dito. Pwedeng friends, workmates, anyone, pwede. In your situation, I highly suggest na mag invite na lang kayo ng friends na hindi tututol sa kasal niyo. Pagkasal na kasi kayo, pwede na kayo bumukod. Actually, based on family code, pag nareach mo ang age 18, meron ka ng karapatang magdecide para sa sarili mo and your parents have no power over you. Kaso dahil sa toxic na kultura natin na utang na loob kayanatin napipilitang magstay sa mga magulang natin at sundin mga gusto nila kahit pa lagpas 18 ka na. Which is wrong. Maling practice yan. If toxic family mo, iwan mo na po. Nasa legal age naman na po kayo. Pakasal na po kayo. Wag niyong intindihin yang toksikadang pamilya niyo. ☺

  Kuya same situatin po kami. Tutol magulang ko sa Fianće ko. Halos patago na nga kami mag chat eh. Galit na galit sila sa mapapangasawa ko. Wala silang alam about sa patuloy na communication namin. Nagplano na po kaming magpakasal sooner at naisip namin na mag secret marriage nalang. We're both 22 turning to 23 this year. Alam po namin na may Parental Advice. Pero baka madedelay kami ng 3 months tho, hndi naman makaka apekto sa kasal namin. Gusto ko siyang ipaglaban sa ikatlong pagkakataon e. Hndi kami susuko.

  @@irenesaballe9882 For our judge it was free because she and my wife is in a same province. It differs depending on the judge that they will give. If your lucky you can even have the mayor to legally perform the ceremony.
