While we dont have vehicle inspections here in hawaii, the state does make it extremely hard for you to stay road legal if you are modified. It also doesnt help that our population isnt huge compared to other states and just have less shops overall that can help ensure your build stays running. No matter what you want to do, you pretty much have to know someone, or know someone who knows someone
