Cooking is my passion, and it brings me great pleasure. I’ve been cooking for over 30 years for my large family. With seven children I’ve spent countless hours in the kitchen. Much of my life has revolved around meal planning, grocery shopping, and trying new recipes. Most of my meals use fresh and organic ingredients. I have a variety of great recipes to share including some Asian, Italian, Middle Eastern, Mexican, Greek, and more.. My goal is to demonstrate how to make healthy and delicious recipes that you’ll enjoy making and love eating.
Eat, drink, and be merry!

Soy sauce in Swedish meatballs? That’s a big no-no. Lost me there. No soy sauce used in any Swedish dish!
Grew up on this in Rotterdam ( Schenectady, N.Y.) Reminds me of the pizza we got in school a long, long time ago. Always ate it a room temp.
I was wating to see closer
Can you double recipe?
I have never, in my life, seen so many people brag and try to claim everything..and yet they are soooo laughed at. The tomato pie is from Sicily. They also make it commonly in Chicago...in the Italian district.
Looks great, thanks! Wondering if you let the rolls rise a second time before cooking (bulk vs proof)? Also, to eyeballed it vs using a scale - any special reason, or just personal preference? Thanks again!
classic recipe, classic mom, classic life
I love you buddy!
That looks like a good American version of minestrone soup. I agree with everything you said about kids and your ingredients lol.. As for traditional pasta fagioli, the way I know it. Here is a link to the closest I can find on KZread.. Give it a watch and see if that's something you would want to give a try.. Good job with your video! kzread.info/dash/bejne/aW2g3K9ukZm7e6Q.html
Is there a reason you did not drain off all the fat from the ground beef after you browned it? Your adding beef stock anyways for its gravy? You can see the oil separating and pooling on top, in the shot of the beef mixture. I would have knocked that half cup of flour on the floor for sure..It also looks like you put an egg wash or something on the pie crust before you baked it? Would have liked to see you cut a slice to show us the texture and that the pie crust was cooked..
Absolutely love the energy in this one❤❤
Want I’m gonna be making this try it this weekend. It looks really good and I appreciate you talking slow.

Glad to see this still available. I did this today but next time I'll roast a bunch more of garlic and use 4 cloves of that. I used the tahini for 1 can and sour cream for the other can.
Mom schooling
I’m gonna do this, but not wipe the pan dry, leave those juices on the pan, especially when adding flour in the process of making the gravy/sauce
Crazy nice quality channel I found from your 10 minute burrito vid! Love how authentic everything is!
I appreciate that! ☺️
Thanks for the recipe. Looks great! I’m making it tonight
The mom is hot!
This is disgusting on so many levels
Likin it !

I was wondering if that recipe would be good with chicken instead of the syrian meatballs....like cut up chicken thighs or a chicken breast, then put all those wonderful spices in over the chicken and fry it everything else being the same!
These are lovely meatballs, however they're absolutely not Swedish meatballs, because: No fried onions. No allspice. No mustard. Garlic powder. Parsley in the meatballs. You fried them in olive oil. You threw away the perfectly good juices and replaced with beef broth. You cooked them in the sauce. You served them over noodles. No potatoes. No cucumber. No lingonberries.
Ragu 😂
No allspice or nutmeg ?
Thank you dear!!! Awesome recipe and easy!
Mmm so delicious 😋
Looks great! 🍜🤤
Thank you 😋
Love it!
Yummy
The little assistant is about as much fun as a nosebleed. Send her outside next time. Good recipe in spite of her...
If you don't eat all of it should you wrap in foil and keep on counter or refrigerator after 24 hours.? Looks yummy.
Yes, refrigerate after 24 hours and wrap with plastic wrap or foil. 😊
Audrey is doing her best… Her Mom is the problem have patience lady. 😂
