    I worked at a mechanics shop for a year and a half, doing odd jobs, helping with servicing vehicles, cleaning engine parts etc and NOT ONCE was a cabin filter ever mentioned, ordered or touched. I had no idea....

    You were lucky that the sensor came out easily. On my Rover 75 the sensor was held in by rust and had to be knocked out after removing the rear disk and bearings. The replacement sensor won't bind as the bore it passes through is now lined with sticky grease.

    Great video, thank you! Question: does this technic apply as well for the pin with the rubber gasket near then end (the one you usually found on the front calipers)?

  • @screwsnutsandbolts
    @screwsnutsandbolts2 күн бұрын

    Thank you, yes it does. Just make sure you use a silicone-based grease that is rubber friendy. Petroleum-based greases can cause that rubber gasket to swell up and cause problems.

    is the 307 engine same as the 406. I got a 2004 ew10j4 406 and im getting the ANTIPOLLUTION FAULT display. I have ordered a new ignition coil pack to try solve this problem. If not I will move on to replacing the O2 sensors next.

    well i still do prefer single electrode sparkplug, because no matter how many electrode there is spark always just happen once in every trigger, no such thing as having more spark in one cycle, the only benefit i saw in multi electrode is,. longetivity, more electrode to eat up means longer time to perform, but in performance i choose single electrode for the sparks mentain the certain point of location in whiche the burning of mixture happens and it is baoance as to it being at the middle and consistently at the middle always
