  how lazy do you have to be to bake a pancake it barely takes any time at all. plus that cake is super fluffy and I like my pancakes with some crisp to it.

  Yes and yes - wrap well in plastic and you can refrigerate for a few days or freeze a few months.

  Remember let the browned butter cool to room temperature before adding the ingredients together. Mixing while still hot can cause your chocolate chips to start melting prematurely, this can be cool to have streaks of chocolate throughout the cookie, but you will end up with chocolate in direct contact with the pan and this can char a little before the dough is done cooking.

  Made some Zucchini Rosemary Lemon cake years ago. It was nice, but I still didnt get what purpose the Zucchini really has. Doesnt make it any worse tho, thats for sure!!!
