  Still the best racer IMO love the acceleration and slidey turns. I like both the foppish womanizer from the first game and I imagine he matured into a more serious physician as he aged and him saving falcon and gazelle and others from the crash is awesome. But for the love of god, in the 3d games they should have widened the back of the machine and widened the spoiler, it looks better in the damn snes game, they really didn’t capture it right

  I almost feel like if Nintendo wanted too, we could have had a little bit of a connection between nearly all space/futuristic themed nintendo franchises and games. F-Zero, Star Fox, maybe even Metroid, etc. I like to imagine how would Samus Aran look and play like if she was a guest racer in F-Zero with a machine designed after her ship similar to how James McCloud was designed and based after Star Fox. Maybe not necessarily have Samus, but at least have a made up character based on her and the metroid games.

  Master Work, the modern version of Jet Vermilion if you squint at it close enough, and Aqua Griffon, which is arguably the best use of the Aqua Goose chassis...

  Why not give the Bright Goose Z a shot? It carried me a lot. It's got quite a top speed to it, and with boost, it can easily shoot ahead of the competition. Body: Aqua Goose Cockpit: Bright Spear Boosters: Triple-Z Also gives it a really cool jet fighter look

  I tried the Gladiator before my GX save data blew up, and I really liked it. Handling can be a bit stiff, but that goes away as you build up speed, and the upshot is worth it. I also adore its aesthetics. Most custom machines tend to look slapped together and not cohesive. Not the Gladiator. It looks almost like a default machine.

  I like to think that the "ice" and "gravel" aren't actually the things they're named after. They're some kinda gravity distorting substances. If we go full cyberpunk, they could be machines that generate fields of those effects while projecting an image of ice or gravel on top of them. The holograms are a given, they're EVERYWHERE, but the grav distortion would fit in with some of the tech we see in Star Fox too Every time I'm confronted with this universe, I wish that Nintendo hadn't forgotten about it

  Just a quick question : I've used an Action Replay to unlock the 5x3 golden parts and you mention there is a total of 26x3 parts... and yet I only have 25x3. Am I missing a set ? or did you count the header of you excel sheet as a part ? x)

  I actually went back to check what happened here and it seems that I got it wrong in my script, which also resulted in the 26 in the video. But the total number of custom machines is correct since it uses the 25 parts per category. Guess I made that mistake while writing the script without noticing....and it seems nobody has noticed until now. Thanks for pointing it out :)

  To be fair, Nintendo of Japan has adopted NoA localized names as canon before, and not just minor obscure characters, I'm talking ones that played big roles in their games. The Koopa Kids (Iggy, Larry, Wendy, etc.) as well as Ganondorf's last name (Dragmire) were created by Nintendo of America and NoJ would later just use them in future media. Douglas J. Falcon might not be canon, but Nintendo of Japan adopting it isn't unrealistic. The main issue is more they haven't touched F-Zero in forever so have had no reason to.

  What's truly magic of this machine is how in GX it has 2 flames but only one exhaust pipe It also went from having 1 pipe in X, two flames and 1 pipe in GX and three pipes in GP Legend

  I like to think his powers and abilities when fighting are an amalgamation of Superman's and Batman's. Also I didn't know he had gadgets at his disposal so my theory on his capabilities sounds about right. Also, his look seems partially inspired by Owl Man but brown instead of grey.

  Even though it's probably been over a decade since I've played F-Zero GX, I still remember how amazing the Sonic Phantom's boost was, I felt so vindicated watching this video, but I was sad that the Little Wyvern's stats aren't as good as advertised and that I was lied to, but it does explain why I thought the SP was performing better for me. However, I still don't know how you did those turns with the Sonic Phantom without losing speed, I always just let go of the gas and use L and R to help the machine turn, but you didn't do that here, I have no idea how these advanced turning techniques work, I'm not a pro.

  There's a plethora of F-Zero merchandise ideas that Nintendo is sleeping on right now. I actually made a list of merchandise ideas, one of them being diecast F-Zero machines ranging from 1:64 scale to 1:18 scale with the bigger models having opening cockpits retractable landing gear, and fully detailed interiors.

  I was trying to beat an expert cup with the super piraña because I really don't know what Im doing just kinda winging it. This video is going to help me to complete this game thank you. Also, is it a better idea to beat the Grand Prix or beat the Story first? I haven't touched the story yet. I wanted to get good.

  Anime Samurai Goroh is in my opinion is very different than in the games. Not only is he more tame but he's also more competent in skill, is a more likable person who doesn't betray his Alies unlike in the games and he also has a moral compass with the people he robs or hurts unlike in the games where he probably doesn't even have them. He also is more of a stoic bad ass that can actually give captain falcon a run for his money but unfortunately we didn't even get those two interacting once unfortunately. Still Goroh is a great character in the games and in the anime still i prefer the stoic wise and badass one a little bit more.

  I always thought the antigrav system consisted of a combination of electromagnets, an accelerometer or gyroscope and some part of the machines exhaust going downwards. Then, a machine can just adjust the intensity of each part of the system to make sure it sticks to the ground. That could also explain why when it goes airborne tries to reorient itself

  F-Zero X might actually have some merchandise, I seen its soundtrack on CD for sale on eBay before, and I do own a F-Zero X stopwatch (I did check it and it does appear to be official to my knowledge) that was apparently a promotional item from E3 when the game was demoed

  It's also criminal that Nintendo had a hand in F-Zero's decline so they could have a reason not to make anymore F-Zero games. Cuz think about it, F-Zero is an intense, insanely fast anti gravity racing franchise based off of a real, globally known motorsport and somehow, it sold worse than a racing franchise based off of spamming items at each other for 3 laps.

  As an absolute casual (who still beat F-Zero GX 100% back in the days) I used a mashine similar to the Gargoyle: Funny Swallow, Bright Spear, but as a booster: Triple Z Nice speed and maneuverability! Try it for yourself! but thanks for the detailled coverage

  As a Golden Fox main, Death Wind is the main reason why I've only managed to beat Queen League on Master difficulty. I will keep trying to beat King League, since DWII is a bit less insane than DWI, but Knight League? There's no way I'm ever going to beat that thing without using at least one save state at the start of DWI.
