The need for deep conditioning depends on your hair health, the weather, how much you sweat, water quality and the products you use.

I have wavy caucasian hair and don't laugh but I actually use a little Aveeno daily moisturizing lotion on my hair, and that worked like nothing ever did. I figured it works so well on my dry skin, why not hair, right? Only problem is it does tend to build up so I have to use a clarifing product to get it out (castille soap works well). You have to use it sparingly.

Hey so I was just wondering, ever since I cut of my dreads my hair has been really dry like really dry. I have really curly type hair but I can’t like get a feel if it’s low or high pros because of how it is sometimes, in the shower it absorbs SOME of the water but once I get out it’s gone. But like if somebody pours water on my head it just slides off my head? Any tips

Can you demonstrate a wash n dry or a wash n go? I have fine natural low density hair and I want to grow it but I believe using protective styles will just thin it out more. Do you still believe these 3 styles are the way to go just curious because I just found you and the video is a year old so I am asking if the 3 styles still stand true for you. Thank you for the videos

I find that when I spray water in my hair, it activates the product I put in previously and I just reapply what’s already in it. Now if it’s very little product, I’ll add just a little product for slip.

Honestly... I'm so depressed about my hair, my hair used to be so beautiful and then did to stress and health issues (at least I think) I've had nothing but issues for about a decade.. I started noticing issues in 2017 so I did my first big chop... Before that my hair was "healthy" mid back, beautiful curl and color but I was losing clumps per day... I then followed this by going completely bald. I think this was a big mistake as since then, I have only been able to grow my hair to my shoulders ... Barely... And it's even MORE fine and delicate than previous. I've been wearing wigs since 2018 due to utter embarrassment No matter what I do, I can't prevent the breakage - I sleep on silk, I use silk scrunchies, I only brush a few times per week, I condition every day, I use ZERO products (since I'm in wigs) and I do a castor oil treatment once a week. My nutrition is on point, I take collagen, and many other supplements... Nothing works. My hair feels like silk itself... Its SO soft, SO fine, SO delicate. Actually... When I comb about half of what comes out is knotted hair at about the center of the shaft .. and then the rest is beautiful curl... So I'll lose an entire lengths of curl... Due to knotting. Any help would be appreciated... I can't keep living like this.

Wow this video helped me understand what is low porosity and see that i have it! I have all the signs of low porosity, yet i think my hair does get damp pretty quick. Thank you. I have a B3 curl pattern and i was wondering why my hair hever dryes on time. Question: is low porosity a characteristic of curly/coily/kincky hair, or can people have strait/wavy low porosity hair?

I’ve also googled it and can’t find it for sale. Would you reply with the product and where I might possibly find it? Thank you so much!

With Low porosity hair why can’t you use a heavier oil for to seal. I understand using a lighter oil to penetrate but after you have used your liquid products to moisture what’s the difference between using a cream to seal bs a heavier oil to seal?

I agree with the water tip, since adding more moisture/water to my 4C hair it really does not shrink up so much with water as it did before. Also adding water alone will cause it to shrink but if your hair has a good leave-in conditioner it will stay more elongated.

Hi! You are gorgeous! I recently started to embrace my curly hair after turning 43. I have been straightening it for MANY years. I let my hair dresser at the time (who also has curly hair 🙄) convince me to straighten it. I lately wasn't feeling like myself and that's when I decided to start wearing my curls again. And wow, I feel like I'm myself again. It honestly feels great! I don't ever want to go back to straightening my hair again. It is true that your hair was made for you. I also notice how the features on my face look way better with curly hair. Thanks for the video.♥️

Thank you so much! This is so educating. Reminiscing my childhood days, my mum never attached anything to my hair although she used to relax my hair. If she needed to put my hair in a protective style, she would do it loosely and i would take it down at the end of the week. Each style was loose. My hair flourished even when it was in a straight form. Now I'm a full blown adult and i did the big chop a month ago to grow my hair naturally. Its been amazing this past month.

My hair is type 3c. Honestly i don't even need a curl cream. I just moisturize and the curls bounce up more. I just big chopped my hair last month. I stopped braiding with attachments and my hair has never been this healthy. The growth is surprising! For us curly girlies, we need moisture
