    Dont think you need GTO Wizard here to tell you he is gonna be unbalanced to value here after check calling the turn OOP. I think if he bets turn and jams river after check raising the flop you are in a tough spot. Much more likely to be bluffing with that line imo. In this spot he needs to have Qx with a kicker that is a heart and decide he's gonna try to get you off of what look like a flush from his perspective rather than bluff catch. If you want to be generous you can give him Ah4 also but think that continues on turn as well. When I first moved to 500 I would also bluff catch in these spots that are obvious folds in retrospect. I would think that the regs were aggro and pushing me around when in reality they usually just have the nuts. The big difference is they don't gift stacks like at the lower stakes.

    Tons of really bad plays, i would spend a day to point them out, but basically you are thinking too fast and not deep enough, at this stakes is all about reading hands and you are not doing that at all, overbluffing against fishes couse you are stuck in the GTO midset to have enough bluffs against capped ranges etc.

    Hello! Yeah, there are some flows in randomizing this way, but I think they are all in all minor. I'd use this strategy just when we are unable to use better ways, such as in a live game with no phones.

    9:30 AcKc left side What do you think about betting the River for about 90%? It would be the size I would go for with KQ, AQ, QT and as the 3bet caller (and with the opponent that checks Turn), we have more Qx in our Range, as we 4bet lots of AK and KK -> I think this Riverbluff might be very +EV, what do you think? (Also Blocking AQ and KQ is a nice Bonus in this Hand, as Ranges are tight enough for blockers to matter a little bit) His Check mostly indicates weaker Showdownvalue and less Qx in my Opinion.

  • @LAGPoker
    @LAGPoker8 ай бұрын

    I don't mind the big bet sometimes. My only concern is that in such runout Villain will have a lot of decent blockers with his bluffcatchers and find many "easy" calls, so we should not exagerate

    well, the thing about red line for me is that, most of the actual good players in the field, they aways have a good red line, imo, the red line has to be at least BE, if its going down, you are probably losing green line, but, that also doesnt means that you are able to do that, maybe you dont have the competence to have a good red line, or, you play many tables or many hours and cant maintain your A game 100% of the time, and maybe, for you that doesnt apply, but im pretty sure that the A game up to nl1k is probably having a positive or BE red line, given that most of the highest winning players have that.

  • @LAGPoker

    I don't think there was a specific clicking moment! If I had to say one thing it probably was when I shifted my focus from "hitting hands" to "exploiting my opponents' leaks".
