Charlie Arnott

Welcome to my KZread channel where I'll be sharing information and education on Biodynamics, life on the farm, soil, grass and the ecology of farming and grazing land. The information is not only for farmers and people in regional areas, it's also for the every day consumer wanting to arm themselves with more knowledge about the processes involved with the food they put into their bodies.

    I once had one of those muscle strength test things, and I wanted them do it twice (blind) to see if the results would be the same. They were keen. Bad news: the results were essentially random.

    What if one of the reasons that drugs are so addictive is because they're all farmed organically and the body is craving their vital micronutrients? lol I don't really believe that but the thought just crossed my mind. They're all heavily chemically processed but they're mostly not grown with chemicals since they have to be grown in the wild away from prying eyes.

    Not gonna tell out how to run your channel. I will just tell you what I like the most. All of it. But seriously, the inspirational stories of the pioneers of regen ag in Australia, and elsewhere, are the most interesting. A second favourite is following the stories of the younger farmers embarking on their journey. A topic of much interest is the economics of preventing a farmers apocalypse like in Europe.

    It feels like government's don't want to fix our landscape?! Perhaps they believe there's too much money to be made from the degradation of our environment. The potential of a restored landscape is immense, so it's obvious they don't wish to see it restored. Its up to us as land holders to restore our land and lead others in doing so.

    I find what is being said extremely interesting and empirically based. But I do find the way it is said off putting. He comes across as being self righteous, devoid of any humility, and the level of emotional intelligence needed to encourage people to run with the ideas he propagates.

  • @CharlieArnottRegenJourney
    @CharlieArnottRegenJourney2 жыл бұрын

    He's a pretty unique character Grahame that's for sure. He is more like the genius who has developed this way to read the landscape and he needs others to help spread the message, such as his son Stuart and Tarwyn Park Training. Don't let that take away from what he has given us to consider as a significant understanding on landscape hydrology.....
