  You hv messedup the fish by adding tomato ketchup Maggie cube nd tomato nd green chilli. In authentic beef roast these are not added.

  Nicey nice. My Mum's favourite recipe.....whenever she is not too well ,she makes fish in this way. Nice idea to lightly fry it.....Will tell my Mum, as she does not fry the fish .
