At the marriage line in my double wide is the potential for deep shelves in the wall. Are the gypsum pannels providing any structural support that would/should discourage me from removing them to provide increased pantry space?
Great question, the panel isn't providing structural support. You should be fine removing if needed, but proceed with caution and care.

How much do y'all charge?
I don't get it. There is absolutely no information here. Step three is 36 seconds long (a short) and step four is non-existent as far as I can tell. Please send me the linkss for the You-tube videos. You tell John8967 to watch the rest of the series, but don't give him the link to do that. How deep is your gravel? Do you have geotextile material under the gravel? Is it sloped for water run-off acting like a french drain? 2x4's are flat every 24" I assume according to the Hardie installation instuctions, and wide side facing the Hardie board so that screws can be placed 3/4" minimum from the edge and able to get good wood to screw into. Are you using HZ10 as required in almost all of Texas? My manufactured is a lot bigger, 76' x 30' and not nearly that level, going from 22" off the ground on NW corner to 43" at SE corner. I'd like to know more. Does the Hardie Warranty apply when used for this? Regards.

We just closed on a Oak Creek Manufactured Home yesterday. The home still has to be moved into a community and have the ac, electric, decks, skirting installed. When is okay to purchase a washer and dryer?
We recommend waiting until the home has funded - meaning it's been delivered and set up and the bank has paid for it. Great question!

I like the look. We Have lived in a mobile home with vinyl skirting for 23 years in north east Texas. We’re constantly shifting up and down plus the multiple leveling heights over the years. Just not sure how it would work out when the home continues to settle downward. Thanks for the video
