This mediation cuts through the fog of our life, sets boundaries with an open heart. I also call it "cutting through the bullshit meditation". I often prescribe this meditation when clients are having trouble at work with co-workers, boundaries in their personal relationships and such. Hope this helps.

HI. Yes that is American slang, sorry. It means "bullshit". It refers to when we have issues in our life. Some are real and some are just BS. This meditation helps us stay focused and cut through that which is not real or that which is keeping us stuck. Hope this helps.

Can it causes hypothyroidism
I never heard it has. It works on your emotions and your vagus nerve. If you are unsure it is always good to talk with your doctor if you have a health issue. Show them what you are wanting to do. These meditations are super simple and easy. They are relaxing too. The most energized one is 8/8. Hope this helps.
