  Wow! Great memories of Durban, Natal many years ago. I still remember the strong currents especially near the river mouth. Just beware of the bull sharks bro, especially in those murky waters and anywhere near the river mouth.

  Pity about how the govt has allowed the degradation of all the facilities at Vidal. Campsite ablution facilities shocking, shop non existent any more, chalets in need of serious maintenance, laundry doesn't work. Very sad

  Nice catch view is definitely better than mine in Jhb. Bring the big fish in gents!! There is no such thing as a small fish, and then you just change the camera angle when taking the picture.

  Awesome thanks my brother, I'm also an old Joburger🤣. The rules allow boats with one engine to go out to sea they are just very limited to their distance from the shore. The area we fishing is also classed as a bay, false Bay, so that's allows pretty much anything that floats with the smallest single engines and paddle skies being used. Cape Town has a few of these beautiful bays and public launch sites for small boats all along the coast. Thanks for the support 🤙

  Thanks brother! You should page through my channel there is loads of tips and advice on targeting almost every species along our coastline. My kayaks are pinnacle boosts and I usually use assassin rods paired with Shimano reels.🎣💪
