IRON HORSE LIFT is an integrated motorcycle lift and dolly with 4" casters and simple hand crank mechanism. Iron Horse Lift is light weight, at only 38 lbs and handles touring bikes and big bikes up to 1,200 lbs. Iron Horse Lift is unique with its patent pending hinged caster frame that enables 4" casters to get under motorcycles with as low as 4" clearance on the kickstand. It includes a caster brake, and a locking directional caster for controlled rolling. Iron Horse Lift picks up the bike and becomes the dolly so you can quickly and easily move your bike. It can also lift a couple of inches more, getting the casters off the ground for storage. Iron Horse Lift saves you time in washing and detailing your bike with wheels off the floor, general maintenance like oil change and inspection, and makes it easy storing your bike for the week or the winter, giving you control of space in your garage. I like the fact that it doesn't use a hydraulic jack. Two problems I had with my old lift was leaking pump seals and the bike couldn't be moved once lifted.
Thanks for recognizing this. It is exactly why the hand crank mechanism was chosen when designing the lift. It is a trouble free, safe, simple and maintenance free mechanism.
Glad you have video instructions. OTC lift has none, you have to assemble by the seat of your pants. I'll be buying your iron horse lift in June.
How much clearance is necessary to get the dolly under the bike? I have 3.5" on the kickstand side when leaned on the stand.
The lift requires 4" clearance. PM me at @ironhorselift for best tricks to get more clearance on your bike.
Can you remove wheels while on dolly?
Yes you can. I have replaced both front and rear tires using it.
The Let's Roll wouldn't work for me, glad i found yours.
looks kinda high and overdesigned dou lift is still the best i have seen
Genius!
Hi Iron Horse team! Is your dolly / lift available in Canada (specifically Calgary, Alberta)? Thank you in advance for your kind reply!
Yes, but not through retail stores, only available online from my website www.ironhorselift.com. Thanks for your interest!
@@ironhorselift thank you for your kindness and kind reply!
This is a very well-made dolly & lift; it is easy to assemble and use. The customer support provided by the owner Jesse Hahn is fantastic!! I have had my lift since April of this year and have been extremely happy with it and the time and effort it saves me when moving my it around the garage and storing my motorcycle. It is well worth the purchase price.
How do you buy this lift
Currently only available at www.ironhorselift.com
Will this lift work for a 2005 BMW RT?
Paul, from what I can tell by images online I think it will. Email me to discuss dimensions of your bike further. [email protected]
Always trying to turn around my Valkyrie inside garage. This seems to be by far the best I've researched. By looking at the video, there's a point, during both lifting and lowering, the tips of the bottom rack had to touch on the floor. Would the tips hold any weight at this point? Would it scratch on the floor? My garage floor is polyurethane coated. Tips with concentrated weights would din the floor. Thought it won't be the case, but just to make sure. Also, does it work for Valkyrie? Otherwise great design! Thanks!
Hoefeng Tang thanks for your interest in Iron Horse Lift. I'm not sure if it will work with your bike. My lift requires a minimum of 4" of ground clearance while on the kickstand. Check the "About" page to see more lift dimensions. It looks like the lift rear support would go under just behind your kickstand. You are understanding it correctly. The tips of the bottom foot mechanism do lift the bike up to the dolly level at which point the mechanism continues flat on the floor. The tips would each have 1/4th of the weight of your bike which would be about 175 lbs. You could add felt furniture pads (1/16" to 1/8" thick) if you wanted or slide a piece of cardboard under those locations prior to lifting. The ends of the tubes are rounded slightly as part of my finishing operation to remove the sharp tube edge. I have not damaged my epoxy floor with 2 years use. Email me if you have more questions. - Thanks again.
How much do they cost and where can I get 1
Rick Slocum Thanks for your interest in Iron Horse Lift. Only available from my website. Check www.ironhorselift.com for price and to order.
What do you use as a lift only.
Peter, the only lift/dolly that I use now is the Iron Horse Lift. It's more than just a dolly. It is capable of lifting the bike's frame to a height 9-7/8" as the legs of the lifting mechanism get to vertical position. I have changed all three oils with more access than most other lifts have, and I've pulled my wheels off and changed tires using it.

Great lift, very happy but I was more impressed by the owner’s willingness to help. I had a small issue with the lift and called. The owner answered right away and not only help solve the problem but was willing to fly to Atlanta to help me. You just don’t find many people that is willing to stand behind their product like that. Customer for life
Hello Jesse, Thank you!! I purchased the Iron Horse Lift for my Suzuki C90 about 2 months ago and I am very happy with the lift, its well-engineered, and built to last. I did need to add some additional spacers to get my front wheel up and now it works great! Its great to move the bike around the garage now with minimal effort! A Huge Thank you to the customer support provided by the owner Jesse Hahn. We traded a few e-mails to get my lift bar height issue corrected, his timely responses and support were absolutely amazing! If you are considering a lift, you really need to give the Iron Horse Lift serious consideration. I truly like the fact it's a single unit, lift & dolly that does it all, it's well worth the investment.
Hi Jessie just wanted to know if this motorcycle lift is still available and also how much it is. I really appreciate the engineering went into designing it. I have not seen anything batter. I hope I can afford one. Thank you JR.
Juan Ruiz, hey thanks for your interest in Iron Horse Lift! Thanks for the compliment, too! Check my web page for pricing and more information - www.ironhorselift.com I'm confident in saying "This is one tool that you will use every day once you get it." It makes your bike life in the garage so much easier. You'll be wondering why you didn't buy one sooner.
I did not like the way it lowered onto side stand when you are on other side of bike.
Thanks for your interest! It takes a few uses to get comfortable. I go fairly quickly as I'm very used to it. It might seem scary but notice that you have control of the crank speed, so you can go as slow as you are comfortable with. When the lift picks up the bike, the kickstand stays in position for use when bike is being lowered. The kickstand will catch the bike the same way it does when you are sitting on the bike and let it lean onto the kickstand.
كم تتحمل العجلات من وزن؟؟
Iron Horse Lift has casters that will each hold 350 lbs. The lift is designed for up to 1,200 lbs bikes.
1:15 Great purchase! Since J&S Jacks could not respond to me all last year Sept & on, and Let’s Roll was one too many pieces this lift made nothing but sense! 😂 it works fine and the price for this great piece of machinery made in the U. S. Of A. was a no brainer! I am well pleased! Thank you!
Looks great, will it work on a 2013 Suzuki C90 Boss??

Looks like a great lift and dolly, is it compatible with a 2013 Suzuki C90's frame?
Ric, thanks for posting your question. My initial response to your email was "probably" since it was similar frame style to Harleys. Since we connected directly and you now have one in hand, can you let everyone here know what you think?
Hello Jesse, I posted an update on your Vlog titled "Iron Horse Lift Dolly Explained". Yes, I purchased the lift about 30 days ago. Thank you for all your advice, the Iron Horse Lift Dolly is a great unit, and the customer service / product support is fantastic!!
I like what I'm seeing with the lift. I may get one for my second bike. My Ultra sits on a J&S for the winter. Do yourself a favor and have a buddy do the camera work so you can be fully in the video and we can see everything better.
Wow, looks awesome ! I've been researching the heck out of dollies/ jacks. Unfortunately, I just think its overpriced a bit. The search continues !
I'm looking at your lift and I'm considering it. Can you use our to do oil changes and other maintenance work? I have a 2022 road glide. I'd be using it to manifest in my garage so i can "park" it out of the way so my cars have room and when I can't ride during the winter months.
Apology for delay in responding here Travis. You may know by now Iron Horse Lift works well for 3 hole oil changes and even tire changes. I've done both on my 2001 Road King. Thanks for your order and becoming an Iron Horse Lift owner. I really appreciate your comments on Traveling Tall's video, too!
Royal Enfield Meteor 350 buying one if it will fit RE.
Will it work with a center stand, and not be awkward or seem wobbly like some other lifts?
Thanks for your interest in Iron Horse Lift. What center stand do you have? If it mounts flat across the rear frame tie plate and the center stand swings back from there the lift should work. It picks up on the bike's frame.
Just received mine (ok..been here for two weeks but I finally put it together 😊). Love the Iron Horse Lift!! My Springfield will be stored properly for the winter👍🏻👍🏻
How much is it

Great product and very convenient but $650!! 😬
I bought your motorcycle lift/jack all I can say is awesome. I wasted over $300 on harbor freight’s lift and was always afraid that it was going to fall off let along trying to move it on my driveway. Great solid lift! Would strongly recommend anyone who’s looking for a great lift, this is it!
How’s the lift holding up so far? I want to see some solid reviews before I purchase….
@@danielsaudi9121 I haven’t had any issues at all. I bought the adapter to use instead of the crank, but I have never used it because the crank is so smooth. I still highly recommend it!
отличный подъёмник! Спасибо за подробное видео.
