Watched this video many times. Besides John and the overall quality of the song; I get a big kick out of the other guitar player. His look, and his outfit always make think of the movie “1776” he could be the guy lighting candles and handing out quill 🪶 pens to all the signers of the Declaration of Independence. 🇺🇸😁

I consider myself an above average guitarist. Not professional by any means, but can hold my own. I paid a professional to transcribe from 4 min on so I have what john is playing note for note. It takes alot more than sheet music to come close to him

Nothing like a Fender Stratocaster plus. Beautiful gritty lace sensor pickups with the mid control. Highly underrated guitars and pickups. John has always chosen gear that has a distinct tone and this guitar just kills on this jam.

Fender stratocaster plus. One of the best guitars ever made. It is literally the best stratocaster of all the designs with a mid boost and roller nut.

I've heard this too many times to count. This version, these musicians, that night, John extended QofC to a full 8:14 minutes of incredible music with an ending that gives he chills. Thanks for posting this life version. 🎶💜🎶

He is his own...man, style, an artist. When an artist reaches high level of appreciation, comparisons cant be as a highlight of the conversation. Its the art, the form as one guy said the "journey" on which it takes the viewr, listener etc...that trancends the medium, picasso, mayer, dimeola, kobe...great artists. Also this guy was definitely raised right...

I love how changes guitars and he just listens while the slide guitar and the Sisters who kick it. Then he kicks it in and everyone is like, is this for real 😮! Who’s the next Clapton? Many musicians are concerned 😮!

I listen to John all the time. And everytime I'm doing something else and a solo kicks in I have to stop. This guy's creativity is insane. What an artist.
