Thank you for the breakdown. I am from California and am thinking of making the move next year🌺❤️
Bro on the left is spitting facts tho fr. It's such a big and diverse city that you're not going to understand it and all it has to offer even after living there (much less after visiting 25 times). That said, like many cities, your quality of life will depend a lot on your drive and ability to enjoy what the city has to offer. New York is a center for music, theater, and the visual arts. The city has some of the best public schools in the US if your kid can get into them. There are some really incredible job opportunities here as well. Also, once you leave Manhattan, you'll find lots of really incredibly dense and lively cultural communities that are more authentic and vibrant than any other "Chinatown" or "Little India" in any other American city. The bottom line is yes, you have access to culture, diversity, and "vibes" that are unlike any other city but you'll find that there are also a lot of ways to save money and bring your cost of living down. You don't need to go on a vacation in Europe to experience culture. You don't have to pay for private schools like you might in some other US cities. And you, of course, don't have to buy a car either if that sort of lifestyle works for you.
So wrong about so many things in this video.
Both Chicago and NYC are places I'm considering moving to. A full comparison video would be awesome!
Cheese steak is Philly 😂 how dare you sir😅
Pls reduce music behind the video
To flourish in real estate business, we need to: 1. Network with fellow realtors to access a wider range of properties, our products. 2. Employ various marketing strategies, including digital marketing and sale sign boards. 3. Receive training from seniors or coaches to enhance our skills and work more professionally. 4. Leverage technology to manage leads and inventory efficiently, making it easy to organize and retrieve information. 5. Create our own platform, such as a website, to showcase all our properties.
When did cheese steak become a Chicago food?! I’m originally a Chicagoan and have never had this as a local food. Maybe an Italian beef might be more authentic.
Idiots
I'm from NYC 🗽 and even "I" know that the Italian beef sandwich should be up on that list... somewhere Portillo's is 😢 😭
I'm gonna say Chicago style hot dogs are the worst, but not because they taste bad by because how chicagoians act if you put what you want on a hot dog like ketchup snobby ass people

What the hell is this😂where you from ,Rockford.that not chi at all
You’re on the money.
The raised ranch is the real hero here, half the damn city lives in those little shoeboxes, I love them
I'm creating a platform that seeks to provide rental apartment sites from landlords to students in a way, that allows easy acceptability for publicity for landowners as well as makes students pay for the apartments on our platform. We aim to take 200 cedis/month with an 8% commission from each payment. What do you think? And do you think there are more ways to improve the business model?
All good advice, especially technology! The more people know you the better! Thanks for the video...
I AM an agent, I can’t even get someone to fill me in on what that means, what my duties as my mothers agent whom owned so much, had it taken, wrote about it, how they did her and family, now as the idiots have said forever, “history repeats” IM HERE TO SAY:THERE IS ANOTHER WAY:HERSTORY TO BE COMPLETELY CORNY & UN-ARTISTIC, WELL THINK OF WHAT WE GONNA CALL IT
I’ve done that more than once, no return call , much less meet up. I WILL look u in ur eye before signing or buying, selling, I just hope they’re not selling my homes, or any homes that belong to another

Hello Sir, I'm Musa Sir, I want to talk about the main problems with your KZread channel. I have audited your KZread channel. Your content is very good and the thumbnails are very nice. But Sir, your video has no rank tags used, And the videos are not SEO done. And that's why your video views & subscribers less gets. Sir, I can help you if you want.
He's from Naperville
No one can afford rent or a house anywhere.
Humanity doesn’t claim bro
Don't forget the oh so famous, GFCI never installed properly!?! Feel free to come up with more, people need to know! :)
Where's the interview?
Inaccurate
Love the converted type homes! Give me a vintage style in a converted building and I'm a happy man!
Interviewer is a loser
Couldn’t do work like this. Not creating or adding value. Just geographical arbitrage and luck. Too depressing.
Could not agree more. I don't understand how people can feel good about adding no value to the world.
Chicago is my husband, and I dream city. We have been seriously saving and getting ready to sell our house in Nebraska. What would be your suggested lead time for searching for a condo in Chicago?
I grew up in Chicago and am now in a far suburb but still keep a condo near downtown. If I were moving from somewhare else and didn't know the city well I would rent a place and spend time exploring the various neighborhoods to determine what suits my taste, needs, and budget. Don't rush into buying and later regret an impulse purchase.
Your videos are informative about the real state Ben
keep it up Ben Lalez
Im recently watching your videos its awsome how come you get so less views, your channel is so underrated
Great story, I wonder how many people sell that care more about the house than just the money?
Now if you have a greystone with it's own courtyard, you'd be in business!lol! Fun video Ben!
It is important to exercise caution when relying on Zillow for real estate insights. This is because their actions have contributed to the deepening of the housing affordability and inventory crisis. Zillow's "Ibuy" initiative, which aimed to purchase homes directly from sellers, failed, resulting in the offloading of their single-family house inventory to institutional investors who converted them into rental units. Furthermore, Zillow's use of Zestimate for market manipulation makes matters worse. Given these concerns, it is advisable for those looking to Buy, Sell, or Rent a home to avoid Zillow's platform and instead seek guidance directly from trusted local real estate agents and brokers who can offer personalized assistance tailored to their specific needs and circumstances.
Zillow Contribute to the Housing Affordability and Inventory Crisis. Zillow has been regarded as a guiding light, offering home seekers a digital haven to explore properties with ease. However, beneath its friendly interface lies a more troubling narrative-one marked by past actions that have significantly contributed to the current housing affordability and inventory crisis. At the core of Zillow's controversies lies its ill-fated foray into iBuying, a practice where the company purchased homes directly from sellers, often using its proprietary Zestimate tool to evaluate property values. The Zestimate heralded as a revolutionary home pricing estimator, has come under fire for inflating house prices, thereby exacerbating affordability issues. This artificial inflation not only distorts market dynamics but also perpetuates a cycle of unattainable prices, leaving aspiring homeowners stranded on the sidelines. Moreover, Zillow's iBuying misadventure had more insidious consequences. When the venture failed to yield the expected returns, Zillow hastily offloaded its inventory of properties to investors, who subsequently converted them into rental units. This mass conversion further diminished the already limited housing inventory, placing additional strain on an already fragile ecosystem. Beyond its iBuying debacle, Zillow has been contributing to market manipulation. By wielding significant influence over online property listings and employing opaque algorithms to determine home values, Zillow has played a pivotal role in distorting perceptions of market trends and pricing dynamics. This manipulation not only undermines the integrity of the housing market but also perpetuates a cycle of speculation and volatility that erodes affordability and stability.
Great info Ben! Unless you can do the work, it's a rough way to go!
