I disagree wholeheartedly. I think th 3 Russians and 3 Americans and that one astronaut from Paraguay on the International Space Station would’ve kicked Borg ASS! Probably would’ve made a better story either way.

Every time i watch this video i always get the same thing out of it; Star Trek Nemesis would've been much better if you replaced Picard with Austin Powers.

You have to remeber shinzon was a soldier during the dominion war who had control of battle groups.. clearly he had the knowledge and if he control of large fleets he could have planned out building a ship. Remeber the romulabs were knee deep into the war and unlikely watching their people as closely has they historically had been able to do

I would think the. Viewing room Picard and lily were in may be an access port for dots like in discovery. It’s the only plausible explanation I can think of. The question would be were are the dots stored but I could see dots being stored in a set location and using the tubes to travel. I know it is a slim possibility but could be Thoughts?

Hate that people think that because Data got damaged in a TNG episode, that it’s somehow impossible he got some better protection in the number of years between then and First Contact. But then some people don’t actually use their brains when watching films, even while lamenting that it doesn’t have a cerebral plot. There’s nothing really left to be said when idiots think even First Contact isn’t a good film. But then, Mike didn’t even watch DS9, so that speaks volumes.

Nitpick the right things…the windows would break given enough force, and I’m sure they were all out of real transparent aluminium. Plus I never got why anyone thought Picard didn’t put his Kurlan Neskar into storage back in Earth and had a replica made that he could display. Why would he have it just kicking around? Sure the rocket couldn’t really get there that fast, but you can also put small amounts of matter/antimatter onto it too. That’s how torpedoes work which can also be used at warp. So it’s obvious the rocket had a miniature warp drive. Doesn’t make the film any better but criticise the things that actually don’t make sense.

A probe rocket only rockets out of the atmosphere, then it goes to warp to hit its target. This is the only thing that would make sense.

Those droid ships were presumably staffed entirely by robots, and almost certainly would not have had any life support systems. It would be surprising if they even bothered to seal them. It would be cheaper and easier to simply allow the vacuum to fill the ship.

Plinkett's point about the lightsaber reminds me of modern Doctor Who relying too much on the sonic screwdriver. It gets boring to see the Doctor over using it.

What gets me about the TNG movies is that, at least for the first three films, they were written by a lot of the same writers who worked on the shows, specifically Brannon Braga and Ronald D. Moore. I know for sure that they were capable of writing good content on the shows during and after the shooting of the films. So what the hell happened? It makes me wonder if they just grabbed thrown-away scripts that were written for the shows that didn't meet quality standards and everyone involved just didn't give a shit about quality in the films because they were films and the Star Trek name alone was guaranteed to make money in ticket sales and marketing.

In like season 4 of DS9 they make Warf commander of the defiant to go like away missions. I thought that made sense. What doesn’t make sense is why the Vulcans just know English right off the bat?

The one thing that actually kinda makes sense about the Borg traveling to earth before assimilating it since in the past there would be no Transwarp channels so them going to earth would take like 70 years or however long it would take for Voyager to get there. Other than that though the time travel plot doesn't make sense no.
