Does a orange vest make a camera man invincible. If you are making the driver nervous, get the hell out of the way.
We had a 2016 polaris ranger 570. Crappiest engine braking. Rev the engine ,hit the brakes and repeat. That's why we bought the Yamaha wolverine x2 1000. You talk about a billy goat on down hill trails. Another great thing with yamahas is the emergency brake. It only works on the rear wheels. It does help on down hill rides. Hold the button in and pull up and down. Don't release the button. "Tokyo drift". The best is put it in low and four wheel drive, no dif lock. Awesome.
Hey Guys, Enjoyed your vide on the 3rd Annual Ride to Remember ADS. Is there a FB page or website to monitor for the next Annual Ride as I'd like to join? Thanks!
No FB page or website. I am not sure when they will be doing it this year.

First time?
First time in that area, yes.
The Pactalk Edgephones worked out great! Still working on getting the audio from the Edgephones synchronized better into the videos. I think this puts YOU the viewer in the cab with us on our ride. If you like hearing us talk between buggies give us a 👍!
Hi Guys, I also live in MO, around O'Fallon but have property in Pike County. My trails are narrow as I only have ATVs and a 48" UTV. I would like to get down to Southern MO to ride some of the Mark Twain National Forest fire roads so may reach out for some recommendations. I would recommend that you incorporate drone footage into your videos as I can tell you are riding in some great places for aerial footage. As for required accessories, I agree a jack, lug nut wrench and spare are important. I would also carry a battery powered chainsaw. As for communication, I also agree that they work great. My buddies and I use Cardo Packtalk Bolds when riding street motorcycles and having the lead guy point out hazards (ie: deer, dogs, mailman, etc...) is very helpful. Best of luck with your channel and keep enjoying life. Dave
Checkout our Ride to Remember series. We are in Black MO on some of the fire roads. We also use Cardo for our comms. kzread.info/head/PLD5CK6mF0bkHjBWFfPrrhdzuRg65VQnek&si=LQpDO9myw_26EVoX Great feedback! Thanks!
What size and brand tire do you have?
What are some of the things you have discovered on the trails where you ride? comment below.
Thanks for tuning in. What machine do you have? How often do you get out and ride?
Where do you like to ride?
Man, I would let my toes fall off from frost bite before I’d ziptie something like that to my buggy😂, guess it’s different strokes
What kind of recovery equipment do you carry on the trail? Comment below!
What machine do you have? Where do you like to ride? Comment below!
Where do you like to ride? Comment below!
What do you use to help keep your machine cleaner?
We run gmrs radios in our buggies, get a decent 25 watt system for 200 bucks, I use the lid mouths too, like to hear good
Did ya notice when you let off the brakes and the tires started rolling they cleaned themselves, slower is not always better.
Where are y’all riding
Black Missouri
Wd40
yes rugged radios
What side by side?things sick
2022 RMAX 1000 4 seater rspec 30” Tusk Terrabites. 17psi Weller Racing clutching Weller ECU Tune Shock Therapy springs
Straight up that mf hell yeah homie merry Christmas
That's a high gluteus maximus pucker factor comming down that slick grade. SAFETY: Many drivers don't think about what happens to steering if the front wheels aren't rolling. You have no steering control and your ride will go where the terrain says it will go. It's a delicate balance between letting off the brake to regain steering control and/or apply brakes to regain speed control. Some CVT transmissons don't have the ability to use engine braking to help with speed control while some others need the engine to be at or above a certain RPM for engine braking to work. Know your machine.
just send it yall actin like a jeep club lol
What kind of tires do you use?
30x10x14 Tusk Terrabites. I had them at about 16psi. The Can-Am has 30x10x14 Rock A Billys
where was this ride held at
We were in Black Missouri.
You used to be able to ride right to it and park at the edge. They stopped letting you maybe spring/summer of 2022
the driving right up to the creek was not the problem. its all of the sxs people driving up the creek and tearing stuff up that convinced law enforcement to restrict this area as usual, it is just some disrespectful individuals that ruin the fun for the rest of us
@@MrMrsregor That makes more sense. I hate disrespectful people. We pick up a lot of other people’s trash when we ride and I just can’t understand why people want to be in these beautiful places and leave them covered in litter
@@atcdan133 yea man, i completely agree. the trash makes me the most angry and it just encourages law enforcement and land owners to close our trails.. there are tons of videos of people driving up this creek bed
Where is this located? I’m in Texas but we ride everywhere we can. Would like to plan a trip there.
Ride Royal Blue ATV Resort in Pioneer Tennessee. In part 6 which drops in a couple weeks, you will see the cabin we stayed in. Great place it was our first time there. We will be planning another trip for sure. My understanding is there’s over 600 miles of trails in the area.
If you had turned to the right just before you hit the baby head rocks, you'd have had a smoother trail to the top. It comes out on the right of where you went up.
Thanks, have to remember that.
For a new channel, that was well done.
Thank you, it is a work in progress we learn on each video.
An android tablet and Lifetime trail maps. He has trail maps for several states.
Nothing worse than a passenger seat driver that always has to tell everybody how to do everything all the time. Most annoying!
I was neither the drive or passenger 😂
I was in the buggy behind them
Can't mount the camera behind the windshield. I almost stopped watching. Glad i stayed with it. Looks like a great time. Heading down from Minnesota in the spring.
Yeah, sorry about that. We are learning, thanks for the feedback.
