Hola Ángela. Felicidades!!!
I thought East Austin was that hood ghetto area where crack dealers were standing around. This must be further east than those areas
inspiring!
👍😊👍
Do u still have new homes to sell?
Can I still find something around 250k in East ATX?
Great video, i really enjoyed it
I’ve never wanted to move from California. I love California, but that’s speaking of its landscape, destinations, things to do and the fact that it’s just home. But I hate the laws and politics here. For some reason Austin came to mind, so I been checking them out. And the way it’s going it has that Bay Area vibe to me when i watch videos on the city. I love that it has that “home” feel to me, yet in a state who’s views I see more eye to eye with.
No ocean. No Santa Cruz. No San Diego. No redwood forest. No weed. No thanks.
ObiJuan Kenobi I thought the same. But there’s plenty of trails, hiking, lakes, stuff like that. There are beaches, not as nice but some. Definitely a better place to be in California but not politically.
@@J9XXL So besides the political atmosphere, you prefer California?
ObiJuan Kenobi pretty much. But where I’m from, this area of Texas reminds me of it, so for me it would be a bit of a reminder of home. I want to check out to make sure. I know ppl there too, and weed ain’t a problem lol they’re close to Colorado 😉
I recently moved from the Bay Area to Austin...the vibe seems a lot different here so far in favor of Austin. I find Austin to be a more beautiful area even though California is a beautiful state...I lot of the Bay area is flat out ugly, corporate, ugly homes, with imported trees planted all over the place. I don't like the politics in either area, but Austin comes out ahead here too.
were thinking about moving to S, Austin now that I've seen this video its even more enticing. Thanks for the videos
All theses Hipsters and slackers especially from California ruined the eastside of Austin and being a lifelong resident of Austin for 55yrs yea! It sucks Bigtime with all theses Soyboy Snowflakes liberals in this town! Assholes!😒💩👎
Starting a new job in Austin next this April. Can't wait.im really looking forward to it.
Corona says hi.
How's the job?
@@Eliot17 awesome best move I’ve ever made.

Traffic and homeless encampments everywhere. Seriously. Don't fall for the hype.
Don't believe the hype, this city is overcrowded, getting dirtier by the day, housing is expensive and there is a shortage of it, crime is through the roof and it has some of the worst traffic worldwide. In my neighborhood the homeless have set up encampments/tent cities everywhere. I can't wait to retire and leave for good. I am a native by the way.
Where would you move to ?
Im from Boston Ma, it cannot be worse
I'm from Chicago. Austin is like a utopia for me compared to Chicago
I'm from Romania, My dream is to move to America, I couldn't care less about all that, Romania sucks, sucks triple fold than what you have said.
@@obijuankenobi6565 Away from Austin, to one of the towns in the Texas Hill Country.

There is truly something for everyone, here in Austin!
Weed is illegal......
Lol. Sweetie, please. Most if not all the clips that were shown are a representation of South Central Austin (it’s barely considered “South”). You’re showing people what they want to see and not what the actual South part of Austin is like. Show em’ what everything south of 71 and 35 looks like.
Love it, love Austin. Have family there and would love to move. I am a video editor in Los Angeles. Any tips/places a video editor can make a living salary around Austin?? Deeply appreciated Thanks
Don't move here. We're full... pls stay in your lovely commiefornia.
@@daeding5343 Dont worry. I'm sure your job at McDonald's wont be threatened.
I’ll be moving there!!
78704 is almost unaffordable for the average Austinite.
who provided the music?? I'd like to purchase it.
You got Venmo?
Beware of Trump/Ted Cruz voters
where does the crew live?
I cant wait to finally move there. 2 more years until graduation, then hopefully land a tech job there.
great video
Very nice presentation from someone with first-hand knowledge
Beautiful overview of Austin
I grew up and still live in South Austin. Lets go get mugged, step over syringes in the street or get run into by an illegal alien without insurance. This is all marketing hype. no mas.
Sounds just like San Francisco
Sounds just like LA especially Venice Beach.
This is a great location in Austin, very relaxing, close to everything and still clean air.
Do you offer rentals?
Just not to drive lol
Beautiful
You forget Austin's greatests hits: Only 3 major roads that carry all of the traffic. Laughable public transportation. Ever rising rent costs. Californians that are trying to bring everything sucky here, including more Californians. Established businesses getting fazed out by trendy gentrified shit. Poor people are already effectively evicted from it and it's surrounding areas.
You've just described most major cities in the United States.
What are the most affordable places to buy a home in Austin?
There isn't. We're full.
Probably the suburbs to the East. Near Leander.
@@yamahasuperbike2202 Typical people from Austin. Probably a transplant from somewhere else and then telling people to not move there.
@@pancake191 With all these great tech companies in Austin, the city attracts the talented who will make well over six figures right off the bat. Some Austin citizens probably don't like seeing that.
@@pancake191 Yep, you are describing me.
Luv This,” Austin” Great Place
Miss Austin , what aGreat City to live in 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Smh this rapid, aggressive gentrification has ruined East Austin's culture and community. Most of the new residents dont even know what brisket is! Theyre not Texans at all. Sadly its turned the eastside into hipsterville...
How the transportation system and traffic?
Good but not great public transit system. Traffic however, while not remotely comparable to the situatuons of New York and Houston, is inconvenient during rush hour.
True inspiration!
Make the eastside great again
Agustin Vargas Great in what sense homie?
dude on the left is giving the most passionate stares at the bro on the right
Great presentation even better looking dude! ;)
Who are all these classy people ?
Great Video!
Sterling, great job! Loved your presentation on the differences, features and benefits to your clients that you were able to address. ADT Bulldog Security is with you. Wow!
so basically stay away from Pflugerville?
