A family member is on a very low sodium diet and has been getting Heinz no salt ketchup (contains potassium chloride instead of sodium chloride). Unfortunately, after years of using it, Heinz no salt ketchup is suddenly no longer available in our local stores. So a homemade ketchup is just what we need to take its place.

Great advice Anastasia. I might add that, apart from tensing our core and bum, for women, it is also important to engage our vaginal muscles. A high percentage of women, even those in their 20s, suffer from prolapse, so engaging the vaginal muscles will avoid making things worse. 👍

I have watched and made tincture from videos. I have all stored in dark bottles. I labeled them what they can help with. ( antibiotic, inflammation, coughs, flu so on ). However, not one of the videos ( 100s) ever say how to use these. 😂 Drops, droppers, teaspoon, so on. Same with this video. 😢. So does anyone know of any herb books with this kind of information. Or videos. Thanks for this video.
