Your video is precisely what I needed to take apart my ‘94 XCR SP’s primary and secondary. I’m jealous about how easy it seemed for you though. Been trying to take my primary off for weeks. Took forever to get the bolt out (had the washer and spacer), and now I can’t get it off the shaft. I’ve tried with my clutch puller (battery powered plus air driven, been dousing the bolt hole and surroundings with Pb Blaster, heat, etc. any tips for where to go next? Could something else be holding on or just good old rust?

So from the beginning when you punched it. The sled bogged really bad then took off. Never sit there say. “ i think somethings wrong” and keep riding. Immediately shutdown and inspect carbs etc

A lot of people in the comments saying that 7.62 can't kill a deer 762 * 39 has a 30 caliber projectile going in about 2,500 ft per second similar to 30 ought 6 at 300 yd but they would praise you if you used a 30-06 at 300 yds but would hate on you if you use a 7.62 up close maybe you should actually learn some facts for once people and quit listening to FUD lore

Any of the Fan Zs can be made to be a nice sled with TLC and patience. They are 20 years old now so don’t expect it to be perfect as is. The big thing to me is it’s a fan cooled engine so no water cooled age issues to deal with. The ZR chassis gave a hell of a lot more room for airflow than the F series so the fanner overheat issues the Fs had isn’t your problem. I’ve never understood what they were thinking. If you have an air cooled engine air needs to be able to move!! So let’s stick the motor down in the basement of the chassis and hope it works? lol. That’s the Fs problem. This didn’t have that issue it’s old school. Parts should still be plentiful in scrap yards and online if you dig. Enjoy.

Ok i understand where a lot of the talk about using improper round and how he missed a shot when dispatching the deer, but when deer hunting the deer rarely dies right away on the first hit, i have have a broad tip on a crossbow go through both shoulder blades both lungs and spined it and the thing still thrashed around for a minute, and the round while a smaller round compared to most hunting rounds will work just fine, and 762 x 39 still packs a punch, and i know that it is sad that an animal has to die but at least this animal was free and didn't spend its life in a cage. And the talk of oh he didn't hit in one shot you try and aim at a deer's head that is thrashing around and lets see how many times it take to hit
