The absolute wish to see the power our body is capable of pushes me. But any brother’s advice on food control would help. I end up destroying a diet with some stupid thing. I work as a chef in a restaurant 😢

These videos are amazing. This community, I’m proud of all you. It’s been 5 months since my first ever break up of 3 years. I hit rock bottom. I’ve never felt pain like this. My heart literally was shattered. On my 4th month I said enough is enough. Time to get up and change. It’s been 1 month of nonstop training. We are all going to make it brothers and sisters.
