  Doesn't work for me, and I've tried all the guides now. Can't figure out the issue. Doing it this way enables the buffer shading and volumetric lighting, but comes with a plethora of graphical glitches (textures flickering to black, incorrect/flickering lighting on character models to name a few things.) On top of this, no matter what I do, there are no graphics settings higher than medium. Forcing it to render in Geforce2 mode is the only way that works, so I guess I have to live with projector shadows and no volumetric lighting.

  Try using dgvoodoo2, there is/are guide how to using dgvoodoo2 for old games, maybe Will help you

  @@HidEngBodAss I tried several guides for that too unfortunately. And I made sure to restore the original integrity of the game files before trying each fix, so it's not that. I guess it just won't run on my ol' integrated gfx laptop. Chaos Theory runs like a dream though, everything maxed.

  @@HidEngBodAss Yeahh :[ thanks for the lightning fast reply though, didn't expect that. Ugh and now I'm really sulky because the oil rig level.. just a flat color for the ocean and the lighting just not as good as I remember. I hope the rest of the game isn't broken.

  ill be honest this game was more fun than the garbage clones it now has like Gates of hell or men of war.... The UI is better The AI is a LOT better the Pathfinding is 10 times better and the overall vibe is a lot better oh and tanks and cannons dont shoot from 73 Screens away so fighting tanks was actualy fun unlike the in the games we have now...

  The game worked with the expansion, but I can only play with the resolution at 800x600, when I try to set it to 1024, everything freezes and I have to restart the PC... I'm using Windows 11.
