I did not receive proper help from my doctor very few appointments said every 3 months not necessary to make changes or replace any parts no instructions on how to use hearing aids no supplies I learned this from others that were patients and well taken care of my 3 yrs are up now on my own this program has been a great start for me thank you.

I have read (and heard from my audiologist) never to use ALCOHOL wipes, but rather, the wipes specifically made for hearing aids., because alcohol can damage hearing aids.

I bought one set rechargeable oticon from India Kerala thiruvella but within one week no sound went doctor he clean and give to me back that works ones week now me in Texas next month going Canada what I can do.this charges very good,when taken and put right ear the left side making sound. And finish light and what I can do how long this warranty. Happy to hear from anyone

I change my Mom’s once a month. You can also wash the larger dome part every few weeks and/or replace the domes a couple times every year.

My hearing aids have to go in now and then and they clean them. When the right one stopped working they cleaned it and then when it stopped they put on a new wire. They never told me about the wax filter. If I knew about it I could clean it myself and save a trip. My right ear stopped but when I take it out for an extended period it starts working so I decided it has to do with heat. I then went to youtube and found it has a wax filter that seems the likely culprit. My question is does phonak supply these filters and did my La Mesa Ca. dealer not tell me?

Are the hearing aides stored inside the charger? Or just charged in the exterior spaces/holes provided on the edge of the charger?

Thank you, Hearing Solution. The print was so small in the Phonak user manual I couldn't read it. These are extremely expensive hearing aids. Why couldn't the company provide an adequate user manual, particularly for those getting along in their years and wearing glasses? The company website did not provide instructions on cleaning their hearing aids; I had to go to KZread for help. The company's plastic tools used for cleaning their hearing aids are cheaply made. And if something goes wrong with the Phonak hearing aids or they need to be replaced, the company charges $300 to replace or repair the item. This company is about price gouging and is not at all interested in their customers. Not a good company!

The video has a poor quality and has not good focus. Unfortunately the person is not explaining as a qualified one. In general the video has very low level preparation! This hearing aids is a very expensive one and you must spend more money to get a high level and suitable training video with better resolution and focus.

Judy Taya then you were ripped off I have had 2 visits to my audiologists and on both occasions, I was provided with wax filters and I have only had these hearing aids for 2 weeks go back to your hearing aid provider and ask for them. I did not have to ask for mine they were just given to me.
