could you share to me where you got your source from when saying its the most broken rush item? i havent built echoes of helia for a long time, probably about time that i do, thanks for the reminder edit: I have to be honest here, I watched LS's item video for season 14, he described Echoes as being bad so I honestly just never built it again lol. after rereading the stats on the league wiki, 2 stacks means 120 dmg and 150 healing, thats a total of 270 health difference every time Karma shields an ally thats near an enemy. after 2 e's, the item would have made a 540 hp difference. hmhmmhmhmhmhm sounds good in theory, ill have to test it for sure. once again, thanks for the remimder

yeah so i noticed he says 'I think' and 'I feel' for his reasoning, its not convincing enough for me. despite that, that item does help karma get pretty chunky health diffs over time. ill test it. its cool that Echoes is 2200 gold, 100 cheaper than Imperial. To answer if it should work on Karma, my thoughts are to try it out for yourself, im having high hopes for my testing because the numbers seem large enough to be impactful, especially with 2 stacks ready to cast a shield an ally and enemy to activate the damage. That aside, im already thinking, if in lane my adc isn't able to activate the Imp marks, Echoes of Helia is something id consider since it less reliant on the ADC. hope this helps, chat to me anytime, cya bro Edit: added "to cast a shield on an ally" and "to activate the damage" to 'especially with 2 stacks ready to cast a shield on an ally and an enemy to activate the damage.'

yeah so i tested a few games on Karma with Echoes of Helia, I have results, Buying Echoes of Helia with an adc that has a hard time proccing Imperial's mark when your poking in lane is an option that you could consider, someone like Vayne, Zeri and Kalista I'd buy it on. I've been noticing it does noticeably more healing than dealing damage. The healing in lane can be used to keep your adc in lane as you land poke on the enemy bot lane. I've been doing Mandate into Redemption or Locket depending on if the enemy damage output is slow or in a burst. sometimes i even buy both. I actually think that malignance is especially good when you want to start ult eing since it allows you to easily get intant ult resets. And if you can't do those then your just sitting on your ult off coldown until you wanna use your ult e otherwise you might not have you ult up in time to use a good ult e. 45 abilty haste for your ult from one item is just too damn good. But yeah early in lane your gonna be able to snowball easier with imperial mandate but malignance is defo not terrible the winrates actually suggest the opposite. it will most likely depend on wether you can abuse the bot matchup or not. If you can hard win then imperial mandate might be a bit better but if not i think malignance is the better choice for the midgame double ults.

oh yeah i had to say Malignance being "Terrible" so it makes the chances of people clicking on it more likely, what is more accurate personally to me would be something like "theres a better option". also thanks for the in depth comment, im surprised someone wanted to chat so soon! This was very insightful and really well put together, though you have missed a few champions on the "zero vision abilities" list. The ones that I found were Graves, Kennen, Samira, Sivir and Yone. There were also two new releases that dropped before the video, but are not included. Those being the reworked Udyr, whose awaken empowered ultimate grants vision in an area, without penetrating terrain and brushes (I don't know what happens if the storm is inside the brush, though), and K'Sante, whose ultimate reveals the target with standard sight during its root and knockback effects (I'm not sure if it grants sight around the target, but I assume it doesn't).

Im a bit disappointed you didnt focus on R W more. I personally use it a lot to bait people in, you can draw attention away from carries in fights and scrimishes by face tanking with it and also, if you get really good timing, you can also mess up executes like pyke R

I've been a Karma main since before 2018, mostly played Glacial Karma support, tried a bunch of different builds but was never really satisfied, that is until Everfrost was introduced, and First Strike a year or two later My best Karma season was season 11 (2021), First Strike hadn't been introduced yet but I was building Everfrost first in every game, going Everfrost rush into Cosmic Drive and then Frozen Heart/Force of Nature into Spirit Visage/Thornmail and a random final item like Abyssal Mask, Warmog's or Horizon Focus/Rabadon's Finished the season with 189 games and a 62% winrate, and after the introduction of First Strike in season 12 (2022) my early game dominance and 1v1 potential increased by a lot, this combined with Karma's previous passive change and all the Ability Haste from my build meant that by the time the laning phase ended (or shortly before), I could just go into the jungle, set up vision control, sit in a bush and perform this exact combo (plus ignite and aa's inbetween abilities because old habits die hard) on any squishy target that walked in my direction, 100 to 0'ing them after the 2nd RQ's 2nd proc (in most cases during midgame I didn't need the 2nd proc because the 1st hit killed whatever was left of their HP) Thanks to all of this, these last 6 months have been the most fun I've ever had in League and especially with Karma, but all of that changed with this recent durability patch, not only does she deal far less damage now and has a much less oppressive early game but Everfrost has also been nerfed to a 1 second root instead of 1.5 seconds and now I'm considering if I should find a different build and playstyle that isn't a shieldslut or just quit League because playing AP Karma was the only fun I could find in it

dang, ive never done that build u mentioned or even realised that there were everfrost nerfs. another fun way to play her is some hit and run playstyle with a lot of cdr on karma, have u tried it?

@@TyrantBrendorf With my usual builds I tend to always hit 100 ability haste, sometimes close to 120, and that's around 55% CDR which to me is a lot already CDR is great by itself on Karma but I prefer being able to deal damage and being tanky enough to take damage so the fights drag out and I can make use of all that CDR I've had a lot of lategame fights where I actually had more CDR than I needed, for example from performing that long combo, if my RQs were hitting more than 1 person at once I would actually gain excess seconds on my R which meant I had to save my W for an RW while my Q is on cooldown from casting RQs because all it takes is for one RQ to hit both times on at least 2 champions and you get 20 seconds back (easiest done when 1v1'ing Shaco because clone) which ends up being faster than your Q cooldown if your R has under 20 second cooldown So while it's possible that you could RQ RW RE back to back, you can't always afford to wait for your R and in many cases by the time it comes off cooldown you have to wait for your basic abilities to come back as well

Todays video is very short, I thought there would be more to the explanation like: playing enchanters with low cooldowns at level 11 or how champions that have long ranged abilities, long ranged autos or dot abilities would use this well. Those scenarios became too specific, in future i should rather start with basic answers then build up from that.

This was very insightful and really well put together, though you have missed a few champions on the "zero vision abilities" list. The ones that I found were Graves, Kennen, Samira, Sivir and Yone. There were also two new releases that dropped before the video, but are not included. Those being the reworked Udyr, whose awaken empowered ultimate grants vision in an area, without penetrating terrain and brushes (I don't know what happens if the storm is inside the brush, though), and K'Sante, whose ultimate reveals the target with standard sight during its root and knockback effects (I'm not sure if it grants sight around the target, but I assume it doesn't).

Im a bit disappointed you didnt focus on R W more. I personally use it a lot to bait people in, you can draw attention away from carries in fights and scrimishes by face tanking with it and also, if you get really good timing, you can also mess up executes like pyke R

I've been a Karma main since before 2018, mostly played Glacial Karma support, tried a bunch of different builds but was never really satisfied, that is until Everfrost was introduced, and First Strike a year or two later My best Karma season was season 11 (2021), First Strike hadn't been introduced yet but I was building Everfrost first in every game, going Everfrost rush into Cosmic Drive and then Frozen Heart/Force of Nature into Spirit Visage/Thornmail and a random final item like Abyssal Mask, Warmog's or Horizon Focus/Rabadon's Finished the season with 189 games and a 62% winrate, and after the introduction of First Strike in season 12 (2022) my early game dominance and 1v1 potential increased by a lot, this combined with Karma's previous passive change and all the Ability Haste from my build meant that by the time the laning phase ended (or shortly before), I could just go into the jungle, set up vision control, sit in a bush and perform this exact combo (plus ignite and aa's inbetween abilities because old habits die hard) on any squishy target that walked in my direction, 100 to 0'ing them after the 2nd RQ's 2nd proc (in most cases during midgame I didn't need the 2nd proc because the 1st hit killed whatever was left of their HP) Thanks to all of this, these last 6 months have been the most fun I've ever had in League and especially with Karma, but all of that changed with this recent durability patch, not only does she deal far less damage now and has a much less oppressive early game but Everfrost has also been nerfed to a 1 second root instead of 1.5 seconds and now I'm considering if I should find a different build and playstyle that isn't a shieldslut or just quit League because playing AP Karma was the only fun I could find in it
dang, ive never done that build u mentioned or even realised that there were everfrost nerfs. another fun way to play her is some hit and run playstyle with a lot of cdr on karma, have u tried it?
@@TyrantBrendorf With my usual builds I tend to always hit 100 ability haste, sometimes close to 120, and that's around 55% CDR which to me is a lot already CDR is great by itself on Karma but I prefer being able to deal damage and being tanky enough to take damage so the fights drag out and I can make use of all that CDR I've had a lot of lategame fights where I actually had more CDR than I needed, for example from performing that long combo, if my RQs were hitting more than 1 person at once I would actually gain excess seconds on my R which meant I had to save my W for an RW while my Q is on cooldown from casting RQs because all it takes is for one RQ to hit both times on at least 2 champions and you get 20 seconds back (easiest done when 1v1'ing Shaco because clone) which ends up being faster than your Q cooldown if your R has under 20 second cooldown So while it's possible that you could RQ RW RE back to back, you can't always afford to wait for your R and in many cases by the time it comes off cooldown you have to wait for your basic abilities to come back as well

Todays video is very short, I thought there would be more to the explanation like: playing enchanters with low cooldowns at level 11 or how champions that have long ranged abilities, long ranged autos or dot abilities would use this well. Those scenarios became too specific, in future i should rather start with basic answers then build up from that.
