  Nice use of space. Years back I moved from a one bedroom to a studio because I was paying for a living room that I barely used. I was not home that much and when I was I was cooking or in the bathroom/bedroom. I’m still a huge fan of studios for singles. They’re cozy.

  @@FELiPES101 when annual salary equals 40k, and rent is $3500, it is not affordable. "Afforded" doesn't mean "can be bought". If it takes 90% of your income, you can't afford it.
