  There’s a great rune you you get from a questline that can dispelled her charm on you, so if she grab you twice, you will not die or get your heart stolen. It goes into the consumable slot.

  Personally I like the episode way better, because the gaps between seasons were way too long. You used to have to wait like 6 weeks before a new season began. Now it’s split in between with acts so that the wait time is constant. From the looks of it we only have to wait three weeks in between acts and episodes now. Which will keep the game from getting to stale in between episodes.

  Same, I prefere how the season format used to be because we were able to but it once and have everything for 110 days and now we need to spend 1500 silver on only one episode that's story goes on for 3 weeks.

  Not a skill issue, Promised Consort is by far the hardest boss they have ever made. He has double the health he should, and his entire second phase is one aoe combo attack

  THIS is Rlden Ring 2. Its as long as if not longer than many AAA games. GOW Ragnarok had a shorter playthrough than this.

  DLC bosses are all from Devil May Cry and you are from Dark Souls 3 with a puny jump button. Messmer has combos that you have to go side, back, back, wait, back, run away from AoE.

  You become pretty op once you maxed out your scadutree lvl. Im terrible at this game and was struggling w this boss for 3 hours then i switched build, within 2-3 tries i got him lol

  @@toastmaster914 im only lvl 16 but theres a guide video you can watch and see where you’re missing. But i beat the dlc at lvl 16 so you dont really need to max it out. And trust me, im terrible at this game lol

  hardly, final boss has an incredibly inflated healthbar, something like 43-48,000 health which is absurd if compared to just about any boss, even more so compared to gael or midir from ds3 and i know ds3 and er are both very diffrent in their respective ways but its worth pointing out. i think this and the damage that it deals really make it feel like a chore rather than enjoyable like bayle who has similarly high health but is made enjoyable due to him just being cool and something very diffrent from the usual "dragon type" enemies like sennesax, all in all i think they could have just done something just a little more intresting that wasn't just pulling out the, "high health + damage = difficult" on top of already being a geniunely difficult boss.

  I hate ancient dragons, I went back to senseax after I beat promised consort, and died twice. Literally how am I even meant to even fight them? You just whack their toes until one of you dies, and it doesn't feel like a fight

  I mean I don’t think that he has too much health, he’s a final boss at the end of the day. What I think is a problem tho is some of his aoe attacks, I feel like you just can’t dodge them no matter which way you roll jump or run away to. And using scarlet rot or a bleed build really helps getting his health down fast

  You do not have a skill issue lol, the DLC is rather hard. The final boss was a massive pain for me to beat too. I’ve played Elden ring a bunch but still had to use scarlet rot weapons to poison him.

  Try faith build, with the blasphemous blade and a million buffs and right talismans I got practically the whole dlc done pretty quickly

The story is much more structured and clear in elden ring... if you hadnt played any of the other soulsborne games i could forgive you for just not knowing how fromsoft does it but if you had then idk what to tell you other than try reading item descriptions and listen when npcs talk also, dont skip cutscenes. Bloodborne has parts of the story hidden behind a wall of latin, literally using a dead language... gosh, what a perfect game! Story is just so perfectly hidden in plain sight, actual masterpiece, shame sony didnt let fromsoft finish it.
