This is a spinning hook not a spinning heel kick. In the latter your leg should be straight on spinning and not bend like a hook kick.

This is a misleading video title. Because of a particular injury, I have been told to only use exercises that do not involve the stomach muscles. So, I am disappointed not to find a few exercises I can do that tick this box. Can you please make a short video of 5 exercises that fit this category.

I am searching for tips loose butt fat. I lift weights and walk but my ass is bigger, too big for my body, and sadly I have found videos that only talks about how to grow them. 😢

You have to rename this video, your are not strengthening your hip flexors, it is strengthening your hip extensors and quads no abdomen muscles are involved either.
