Unqualified Lifeguard who is a trained EMT-P, Fails to enter the water for 15 mins to rescue my son in 2019 who drowns. Defence uses [City of Santa Cruz v. Sup.Ct. (1988) 198 Cal.App.3d 999,1007-08] The allegation here is that the Lifeguard assigned to the area....did not respond or offer aid for 20mins. This is insufficient to raise a triable issue of gross negligence or bad faith.'

We have a problem with a turm policy from an insurance company. The problem is, I thought that when the policy lapted, then that was the end of it. I believed if you wanted more insurance, YOU haded to initiate the process your self. Like I said, that endnd of that term periad. However, I have found out that our policy continued with a much larger premiiumm. I thought that when it lapsed, and that the holder of the policy was the only one who could reinitiate a new policy The reason w hy I am posting is to help people know that even though your policy has lapsed, they can continue taking money at a higher lever without your consent. What if there is NO BAD FAITH CLAUSE written into the state laws regarding "no-fault auto accidents". This is in Michigan. There is no bad faith clause and therefore no ability to sue for any damages that developed from the insurance company's purposeful bad faith... so in Michigan no fault auto accidents, all of the insurance companies continue to act unreasonably on purpose because they have literally nothing to lose by wrongfully denying or delaying... they're earning interest on accident victims' money while their own insured accident victims' medical bills are being not paid and like in my case, medical care then gets delayed and I continue to worsen while doctors and PTs, orthotists alike, all refuse to see me until my bills get paid from my auto insurer! without any type of bad faith clause written into this MI state law, this type of corruption will only continue because as I said, the insurance companies have nothing to lose, only potential likely gain, when they can breech their contractual obligations to all of their insurers, at whim, whenever they like, with no repercussions/ no punishment to fear that might modify this greedy sick behavior!
My daughter was rear ended at a red light 12 days ago. I had to call progressive which was the insurance from the person who hit her and tell them about the accident, send them a copy of the police report and they i was screamed at coerced, could not get a rental car nor to make arrangements to have their adjuster at my choice of body shop. I sent their CEO an email and 4 days later got a car rental. I then had an $800 offer for bodily injury claim when my daughter was hospitalised for 8 days, have to see an orthopaedic doctor and a neuro, place of heavy medications and had to send the CEO several other emails which were not responded to. I decided to hire an attorney and file a claim against progressive with the Insurance Commissioner. Progressive then sent me an email after they received a letter from my attorney stating all correspondence needs to go through him, i got 2 phone calls which i did not answer and another email stating that they have sent a check out in the mail. I am flabbergasted at how unethical they really are.

What if you catch your insurance broker company lying about policy prices. I was maybe "accidentally" sent an email from the insurance company stating my car insurance is $132 a month but my broker has been telling me my insurance is $328 a month. For the past 3 YEARS! Is that fraud on their part?

Without hiring an attorney, I was able to get the at-fault insurance company to accept my demand for policy limits from the recent high-speed collision that I was in. damn I wish there was more content like this. I could watch this all day. I dont think enough people talk about how when they look for legal information on youtube they can only find lawyers that provide short 3 to 5 minute videos that are filled with fluff, and make the lawyer seem Di ingenuine and decisive. Total turn off for most people, and I dont think that the lawyers that do this realize that a bunch of people see through the bullshit. Thanks again for being so genuine.
