New subbie here. It would be a great help if you listed the books in the description box. I just started reading the Ballad of Jaquotte Delahaye by Briony Cameron and it is amazing. It’s historical fiction but based on a true store. She’s a black pirate.

gideon the ninth is a rollercoaster. honestly, the whole locked tomb series is. but it’s the kind of roller coaster that makes you immediately want to get back on when it’s over
