I find it ironic that the builders already had this ad filmed before the much contested (by almost everyone but Huber City Council, the developers, and especially the Mayor) annexation of Bethel Township land was even voted on. Inside information there?? Do your homework. Bethel schools JUST recovered academically and logistically from the last huge annexation, with those homes being started in 2009. Now the developers want to dump another thousand + kids into the mix. Oh and despite what this ad says, it is Tipp City by zip code only. This development is 100% in Huber Heights city limits. Good luck.
If you truly want to be in Bethel schools and be part of the community, build in Bethel. This is not Bethel, but rather land that was hostily taken. If you build here, your children will be in overcrowded schools where you will pay very high taxes. Ask a lot of questions. Don't believe the false sales pitches.
Do your homework as others have mentioned. we just built a new elementary and it's overcrowded already. a lot of misleading information in this video.
Beware and do you homework! Bethel Local Schools are no longer your small community school. Unless you don’t care about the potential that your children will be taught in trailers on the school property. You will be close to shopping, restaurants and interstates. However, the increase in traffic and accidents surrounding this are a nightmare.
WOW! Crazy how the annexation was just approved and this ad is older than the public decision to annex! Landscaping … let’s talk about how their feverish growth in the past few years now causes my yard (that backs up to Carriage Trails from RT 40) to flood in the spring making my yard unusable. Ryan homes doesn’t care about their surrounding neighbors and homes. You will be in Huber Heights with a Tipp City address and pay both city and county taxes! Buyer beware!

Carriage Trail is LOCATED IN HUBER HEIGHTS!! You will pay both Miami County and Huber taxes! You're kids will go to what was once a great school but is now over crowded and struggling due to Carriage Trail! If you want in Tipp City/ Bethel find a home in the township! Do not build in Carriage Trail!
Carriage Trails is not Tipp City. It may be a Tipp address but you both Huber and Miami County taxes. Don’t let this ad fool you…. You’ll also get to send your children to overcrowded school because of the Carriage Trails and enjoy your home with poor craftsmanship despite the nearly half million you’ll spend on it!

Just placed a contract on this new development at The Ellipse at Westfields Condo Flats ,with the Sapphire Floor plan similar to the Onyx. Chose the same package as this model. "The Hawthorne designer package"

The neighbors aren’t as pleasant and don’t like children fishing on the pond which is allowed .. they then called the state troopers on my 11 year old son and said he was stealing lumber which is fact he wasn’t because i was with him. Be mindful before owning in such a degrading community

How do I get to have the AC come on automatically without setting a schedule and without manually turning on the thermostat??? Like some old thermostats have an auto, on and off. How can I get my thermostat to do the same??? In the auto position, so if the house becomes warm, the AC will kick on till the house cools off then the AC will cut back off.
Why the F is it so hard to turn the fan on without Ac. What a horrible product !
My frig has a gray shroud. I followed directions to remove and insert the filters. But, when I swung the new filter into place I discovered I apparently did not insert the new filter firmly in place. So, I removed the filter but the "seat" (my term) mechanism is locked in place as if there is a filter in place. I can't insert the filter while the seat is locked in place and the mechanism won't swing back out to allow me to attempt to insert the new filter more securely. Ideas on how to get the seat to swing back out?
