  It is illegal in most states to just hang in the left lane. That is a passing lane. The white car is the cause of a traffic jam that will be coming. Both drivers are aholes.

  I've done that in an emergency. If I'm late for work... ehh I'm in the same amount of trouble if I'm 10 minutes late or 4 hours late. So I don't care
