Meguiar's Quik Detailer, in either version (Ultimate or basic), works MUCH BETTER than any spray wax. I hand wax my car and then go over it with QD to buff it out to a brilliant shine. I use it after every wash thereafter till my next waxing to clarify & remove water swirls on the body, glass, and wheels. It's awesome

is a water tank necessary for detailing? am i able to use a 14 gallon water bucket and be good?
@dansanders3402 ай бұрын
You could get away with those 7 and 14 gallon water jugs (Walmart camping section) to have about 14 gallons to provide gravity pressure to a pressure washer, and the 7 gallons for 3.5 gallons in a wash and rinse bucket. In a 5 gallon bucket you only use 3-4.5 gallons depending in vehicle size for perfectly safe cleaning. From my research I've seen that 26 gallon mobile detailing tank can do 3 or 4 sedans. If you're just trying to start like I am, then 21 gallons should be great for just 1 vehicle, whether it's a sedan or van

You can still perform a preliminary rinse with a rinseless wash. You can even foam prior to the first rinse and then perform a rinseless wash after the foam is off the paint. “Rinseless” just means the wash solution doesn’t need to be rinsed away and you can immediately dry. It doesn’t need to be an either/or situation. There aren’t any rules in detailing

Long lasting & easy application don’t go in the same sentence lol. But the best all around in my opinion is the Turtle Wax Spray Wax, the one with an orange car on the label, that bottle will provide high gloss, good protection & will last many months in general. For a easy application but with high gloss I recommend P&S Beadmaker, or Turtle Wax’s Wax & Dry
